11. Nicole, put in some electric towel racks. They can serve as radiators in the winter. Chet is a smart dude, but I would push back on the “doors are always open” theory. Good way to get frozen pipes in the MN winter.

12. Don't you just love sheetrock? LOL I have had enough of that for a lifetime. LOL I would rather paint! Excited to see the finished projects! I bet it's going to be beautiful!
