❏ SALMON POKE ❏
➥ 1 cup of spring mix
➥ 1 cup of rice
➥ 1 tsp sesame oil
➥ 1 cucumber
➥ 1 carrot
➥ 1 tsp coconut aminos
➥ sprouts
1. Prep your veggies by washing and cutting
2. In a bowl, add rice, sesame oil + coconut aminos and mix
3. Add everything and enjoy!

❏ CREAM SHRIMP SPAGHETTI ❏
➥ corn
➥ spaghetti
➥ garlic
➥ 1/2 oz chives
➥ 2 lemon
➥ 2 tsp smoked paprika
➥ 20 oz shrimp
➥ 2 oz cheese roux concentrate
➥ 2 seafood stock concentrate
➥ 4 tbsp cream cheese
➥ 6 tbsp parmesan cheese
➥ 1 tsp chili flakes

❏ EGG SANDWICH + SALAD ❏
◦ INGREDIENTS ◦
➥ 1 english muffin
➥ egg
➥ cheese
➥ 1/8 heriloom tomato
➥ 1/8 red onion
➥1 tsp ketchup
➥ 1 cup spring mix
➥ EVOO
➥ Feta
➥ Balsamic vinaigrette

❏ MINESTRONE SOUP ❏
◦ INGREDIENTS ◦
➥ 3 carrots
➥ 4 celery
➥ 1/4 onion
➥ 1/2 kale
➥ 1 tbsp italian herb seasoning
➥ 1 can garbanzo beans
➥ 1 cup marinara sauce
➥ 1 tbsp vegetable bouillon
➥ mushroom ravioli
➥ sourdough
➥ butter
◦ INSTRUCTIONS ◦
1. Prep all your veggies by chopping to create a mirepoix
2. In a large pot, add olive oil and cook the carrots, onion, and celery first
3. Then season with italian herb seasoning and salt to cook with your veggies
4. Once cooked slightly, add in a can of garbanzo beans
5. Add in your marinara sauce and season with vegetable bouillon. Add enough water to cover everything.
6. Once your soup begins to boil, add in your mushroom ravioli and enjoy with some sourdough bread and butter.

❏ VIETNAMESE PANCAKE ❏
◦ INGREDIENTS ◦
➥ 2 green onion
➥ chili oil
➥ 2 spring roll rice paper
➥ 2 egg
➥ Kewpie mayo
➥ 1 tsp fish sauce

❏ JJIMDAK (KOREAN BRAISED CHICKEN) ❏
◦ INGREDIENTS ◦
➥ 1/2 onion
➥ 2 garlic
➥ 6 chicken legs
➥ 2 tbsp soy sauce
➥ 2 cups water
➥ 2 potato
➥ 2 zucchini
➥ 1 cup rice
➥ green onion
◦ INSTRUCTIONS ◦
1. Prep all your veggies by chopping
2. In a deep pan, add in your onions, chicken, soy sauce, minced garlic, and water. Cover and allow it to boil for 20 mins.
3. Flip your chicken and add in the rest of your veggies until cooked through (around 20 mins)
4. Enjoy with a bowl of fresh rice.

➥ 1/4 red onion
➥ 1 cup marinara sauce
➥ 1 tbsp garlic paste
➥ 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese

1. Prep all your veggies by chopping
2. On your flatbread, add all your favorite toppings and bake in an oven following directions.
3. Enjoy with a side salad.

  2. How a lot of you Asians use this big ass spoons and not feel the discomfort? I am on the first meal with the salmon and I am thinking where’s the fork? How can you eat that with a spoon?
