  2. I never knew that the body drop was a Kundalini move. It was incorporated into just about every warmup, while I studied modern dance.

  3. I would love more practices like this. I have ADHD and the Breath of Fire alone is a huge game changer; the rest of the practice just completely transforms my mental state in a way others don't– does anyone know why that might be? I guess it's a lot of core work, gets heart rate up, gets blood flowing?

  4. WOOOOOO gate variation everyone give it up for gate variation!!!!! I liked to add this practice on when there's shorter days on the current calendar and it really hits the spooky spot ????‍♂
