  1. usually when there’s high end makeup at a discounted price at these stores it’s because there’s an over stock at sephora or ulta. which is why there’s not much of the known brands, or they’re the collection that no one knows. so you can’t really expect to get something popular like shape tape. (not trying to be rude it’s just what i heard from other people)
