Healthy & high-protein dessert idea: 4-ingredient Chocolate Nice Cream😍 This nice cream is super creamy, chocolaty, delicious and has 20g protein per serving!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 frozen bananas
3-4 tablespoons milk of choice
2 scoops (vegan) chocolate protein powder
2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
•
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
2. Serve with berries, for example!

Biscuit Mysore Pak Recipe:-
🛒 Ingredients:
🔹 Besan (Gram Flour) – 1 cup
🔹 Sugar – 1 cup
🔹 Water – ¼ cup
🔹 Crushed Biscuits (Milk bikis / Marie/Parle G/ Digestive) – ½ cup
🔹 Ghee – ½ cup (melted)
🔹 Milk – ¼ cup (optional, for a softer texture)
🔹 Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp

🍳 Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Besan Mixture
1️⃣ Sieve the besan (gram flour) to remove lumps.
2️⃣ Dry roast the besan and the biscuit powder in a pan on a low flame for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.

Step 2: Prepare the Sugar Syrup
3️⃣ In another pan, add sugar and ¼ cup water. Heat until it forms a one-string consistency syrup.
4️⃣ Add cardamom powder for extra flavour.

Step 3: Mixing Everything
5️⃣ Roast the besan (gram flour) and biscuit powder until aromatic, then transfer them to a bowl. Add ½ cup of ghee and mix well until there are no lumps.
6️⃣ Add the roasted Biscuit besan batter to the sugar syrup, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
7️⃣ Add melted ghee + oil in small batches while stirring.
8️⃣ Cook until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Step 4: Setting the Mysore Pak
9️⃣ Add a pinch of baking soda and give a quick stir (this helps in getting a nice texture).
🔟 Pour the mixture into a greased tray and level it.
1️⃣1️⃣ Let it cool for 15-20 minutes, then cut into squares or diamonds.

🥄 Pro Tips for the Perfect Biscuit Mysore Pak:
✅ Use a mix of ghee & oil for the best texture.
✅ Crushing the biscuits finely will ensure even mixing.
✅ Do not overcook, or it will turn too hard.
✅ Want it softer? Add 2 tbsp of milk while mixing!

Whitley Strieber est un auteur américain mondialement connu pour ses travaux sur les phénomènes d’enlèvements extraterrestres, notamment à travers son livre « Communion », un best-seller dans lequel il relate en détail ses rencontres prétendues avec des entités extraterrestres en 1985.

Strieber s’est intéressé à l’interconnexion entre ces phénomènes et les expériences de conscience élargie, comparant souvent les abductions extraterrestres à d’autres phénomènes mystiques ou paranormaux. Il explore la possibilité que ces événements transcendent la simple explication physique pour toucher à des aspects plus profonds de la réalité, y compris la nature du temps, de la conscience et de la perception humaine. Sa contribution au domaine de l’ufologie et des abductions est marquée par un mélange de réflexion personnelle, d’ouverture d’esprit et d’une volonté de créer un dialogue autour de ces phénomènes, tout en repoussant les frontières des explications conventionnelles.

Ingredients:
-Water 2 Cups
-Chawal (Rice) basmati tota 1 Cup (soaked for 15 minutes)
-Zafran (Saffron strands) ¼ tsp
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) crushed ½ tsp
-Olper’s Milk 1 & ½ litre
-Badam (Almonds) peeled & sliced ¼ Cup
-Kewra water 1 tsp
-Milk powder ½ Cup
-Sugar ¾ Cup or to taste
-Khoya ¾ Cup
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
-Chandi warq (Edible silver leaf)

Direction:
-In a wok,add water,rice,saffron strands,green cardamom,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes & stir in between.
-Turn off the flame & mash well with the help of masher.
-Add milk & mix well.
-Add almonds,kewra water,milk powder,turn on the flame,mix continuously & cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.
-Add sugar,mix well & cook on low flame until it reduces to desired consistency (4-5 minutes),stir continuously
-Add khoya & mix well.
-Place wok on ice cubes & let it cool while whisking.
-In a serving dish,pour kheer & garnish with almonds & edible silver leaf.
-Refrigerate until chilled.

-Karahi mein pani,chawal,zafran aur hari elaichi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 15-20 minutes kliya paka lein & bech bech mein mix kertay rahein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Badam,kewra water aur milk powder dal dein,chulha on karein aur musalsal mix kertay hoye halki ancch per 15-20 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per desired consistency ajanay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes) aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Khoya dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Karahi ko ice cubes per rakh dein aur whisk kertay hoye thanda ker lein.
-Serving dish mein kheer dal dein,badam aur chanqi warq sa garnish ker lein.
-Thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
