Wie man eine farbige Zeichnung anfertigt | SWR Handwerkskunst

Mit Farbstiften und Papier kreiert der rheinhessische Zeichner Jörg Baltes Welten. Seine Handwerkskunst-Zeichnung gestaltet er frei nach dem bekannten Bild “Das Mädchen mit dem Perlenohrgehänge” von Jan Vermeer, dem holländischen Barock-Maler. Jörg Baltes verleiht seiner Nachahmung allerdings ein neues Gesicht, das zusätzlich zum bekannten Ohrring auch noch einen Nasenring trägt.

Seine Vorlage erstellt er am Computer, vergrößert jedoch klassisch von Hand mit Hilfe von Rasterquadraten. In vielen Arbeitsschritten fertigt er eine Vorzeichnung. Bei seiner eigentlichen Zeichnung, dem Original, startet Jörg Baltes mit dem Gesicht. Licht und Schatten, Höhen und Tiefen gestaltet der studierte Zeichner unter anderem durch Farbwahl und Schraffur-Technik. Schritt für Schritt entwickelt sich Räumlichkeit im Bild. Dem Gesicht folgen Jacke, Turban und Tuch. Nach vier Tagen ist Jörg Baltes farbige Zeichnung schließlich fertig – im rheinhessischen Sprendlingen ist ein neues Kunstwerk entstanden.

Instructions:
• Season the ribeye with salt, pepper, and garlic.
• Smoke the steak at 225°F (105°C) for 20 minutes.
• Grill the steak over direct heat on both sides until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (55°C), or your desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes.
•Add 2 tablespoons butter, half of a sliced yellow onion, and 4 ounces sliced portobello mushrooms to a large skillet and cook over high heat for 5 minutes, until the vegetables begin to soften. Add 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves and ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour, stirring to coat, and cook for 2 minutes. Add 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, ¼ cup red wine, and ½ cup heavy cream and cook until the sauce thickens.
• Slice the steak against the grain. Cut a ciabatta loaf in half and toast. Layer some of the cream sauce, steak, 2 slices of Swiss cheese, and more sauce on the bottom half of the ciabatta, then finish with the top half.
• Enjoy!

Quelle douceur ! Ce clafoutis est délicieux ! Un clafoutis léger, un clafoutis sans farine, un clafoutis sans gluten, un clafoutis sans sucre (sauf le sucre naturel de la banane). Une recette rapide et super simple pour un dessert d’été parfait ! Bonne dégustation !

1 – La banane peut être remplacée par 90 g de compote de pommes.
2 – Extrait de vanille peut aussi être remplacé par du rhum ambré
3 – Vous pouvez choisir n’importe quel fruit.
4 – Pour remplacer les oeufs : 4 cuillères à soupe de graines de chia + 6 cuillères à soupe d’eau mélangées
5 – Le lait peut être remplacé par du lait végétale : lait de coco, d’amandes, de noix de cajou, etc…

Ingrédients :
1 banane
50 g d’amandes en poudre
2 oeufs
1 cuillère à soupe d’extrait de vanille
200 ml de lait
40 g de fécule
140 g de cerises (les miennes sont congelées)
Amandes effilées et en poudre

Simple Mutton Bhuna Recipe | Bhuna Gosht | Mutton Bhuna Masala | Bhuna Mutton Fry | Mutton Bhuna Masala Recipe | Mutton Bhuna | Bhuna Mutton Recipe | Bhuna Mutton Masala | Bhuna Mutton

Ingredients for Bhuna Mutton Recipe:

(Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon )

– Mutton pieces with bones- 500 gms

Tempering:
– Green Cardamom-3
– Cloves – 4
– Cinnamon- 2 pieces
– Black Cardamom-2
– Black peppercorns-15-20

Spice powders:
– Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
– Red Chilli Powder- 1.5 tsp
– Coriander Powder- 2 tsp
– Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp

Other Ingredients:
– Onions sliced- 250 gms (exact half of the mutton weight)
– Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tsp
– Whisked curd/yogurt- 2 tbsp
– Coriander leaves, fine chopped- 2 tbsp
– Oil- 4 tbsp
– Salt-1 tsp

Preparation:

– Slice the onions and set aside.
– Whisk the curd/plain yogurt till smooth.
– Chop the coriander leaves and set aside.

Process:

– Heat oil in a pressure cooker & add the whole spices. Give a stir and then add the sliced onions.
– Fry on medium heat for around 10-12 mins till brown in colour.
– Now add the mutton pieces and sear on medium heat for around 5 mins till the pieces are browned.
– Add the ginger garlic paste and fry on low heat for another 2-3 mins till the raw smell is gone.
– Add salt and all spice powders other than garam masala powder. Give a mix and bhunno on low heat for 3-4 mins till oil separates.
– Now add 200-250 ml water, give a mix & pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
– Once you open the pressure cooker, increase heat , add 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and give a mix.
– Now stir & dry out the water on medium heat for 4-5 mins.
– Now switch off heat and add the whisked curd. Mix well and cook on low heat for 2-3 mins till oil separates.
– Next bhunno/sear on medium heat for 2-3 mins till the gravy is granular and oil separates.
– Garnish with fine chopped coriander leaves. Cook for 1-2 mins.
– Serve with roti or rice.

This epic glutes workout will not disappoint! Warm up, get to work, and cool down in a way that can truly grow your strong glutes. I’ll takes you through all the movement patterns and exercises that target the glutes the best!

We will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest between each round. We will be operating in super sets so we will complete all 3 working sets for each exercise before we move on to the next exercise. I want you to use 75-85% of your max weights for exercises and I want you to try and increase your weight or resistance at least once if you can. This classic Eggs Benedict Recipe is a delicious breakfast consisting of English muffins, poached eggs, Canadian bacon and a homemade hollandaise sauce.

Ingredients for this recipe:

For the Hollandaise:

4 egg yolks
juice of ½ lemon
¼ cup chardonnay wine
4-6 ounces clarified butter
sea salt and cayenne to taste

For the Eggs benedict:

6 eggs
6 toasted English muffin halves
6 slices of Canadian bacon, heated
chopped fresh parsley and chives for garnish
sea salt and pepper to taste

Serves 3

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Procedures:

1. Hollandaise: whisk together the gg yolks, lemon juice and wine in a large metal bowl until it becomes frothy, about 2 minutes.
2. Add the bowl over a double boiler and whisk vigorously until it is very foamy and no egg liquid at the bottom of the bowl.
3. Whisk while slowly drizzling in the clarified butter until completely emulsified. Remove from the double boiler, season with salt and cayenne and set aside.
4. Eggs Benedict: Add some vinegar to a medium size pot with water and simmer over medium-low heat.
5. Stir the water using a spoon for 10 seconds to create a vortex and add 1 egg to the center of it so the whites of the egg wrap around the yolk. Cook for 3 minutes or until the egg is cooked but the yolk is runny.
6. Remove the egg and season with salt and pepper. Repeat 5 more times with the rest of the eggs.
7. To Plate: Place the toasted English muffin halves on a plate and layer on with the Canadian bacon, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and garnish of parsley and chives.

Salmon and Veggie Grain Bowl

Ingredients

1 lemon
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 cup farro
3 tablespoons olive oil
One 8-ounce salmon fillet
1 tablespoon minced shallot
2 radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sugar snap peas, thinly sliced on the bias
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
Fresh dill, for garnish

Directions

Zest 1 teaspoon of the lemon rind and reserve. Cut the lemon in half.

Bring a medium saucepan of generously salted water to a boil. Add the farro and cook until just tender, 20 to 25 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water, then set aside.

Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Add the salmon to the skillet and cook about 3 minutes per side, until just cooked through. Squeeze in the juice of one of the lemon halves. Set the salmon aside to cool slightly, then flake with a fork into chunks.

Squeeze the juice of the remaining lemon half into a small bowl, add the shallots, the reserved lemon zest and the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil and whisk together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Divide the farro between 2 bowls. Arrange the salmon, radishes, peas and avocado over the farro and drizzle over the dressing. Garnish with dill and serve.

Dumpling Wrapper:
120 grams (1/2 cup) water
Optional: tiny scoop of egg yellow food coloring
170 grams (1 1/3 cups) all-purpose flour
2 grams (1/2 teaspoon) salt
Shumai Filling:
225 grams (1/2 pound) shrimp
Half of 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
225 grams (1/2 pound) ground pork – i use 80/20, but leaner will work
75 grams (2.6 ounces) pork belly (chopped small)
75 grams (2.6 ounces) cooked shiitake mushrooms, chopped
10 grams (2 teaspoons) soy sauce
10 grams (2 teaspoons) Shaoxing rice wine or mirin
3 garlic cloves, grated
10 grams (2 teaspoons) fresh ginger, grated
10 grams (2 teaspoons) sugar
7 grams (1 1/2 teaspoons) salt
2 grams (1/2 teaspoon) black pepper
10 grams (2 teaspoons) cornstarch

A throw-it-all-in-the-pan weeknight meal that's ready in 30 mins! | One-pot chicken & broccoli pasta

Easy one-pot pasta dinners are my favourite on busy weeknights.

I’m a bit of a creamy-cheesy sauce addict when it comes to sauces, but this is a lighter version that uses just a little Parmesan and some milk, rather than lots of heavy cream.
It means this One-pot chicken & broccoli pasta feels nice and light, but still with plenty of flavour.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion peeled and chopped
3 cloves of garlic peeled and crushed
3 chicken breasts (this is about 525g/18.5oz), chopped into bite-size chunks
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
60 ml (¼ cup) white wine (optional – you can replace with water or stock)
600 ml (2 ½ cups) good quality chicken stock
180 ml (¾ cup) whole (full-fat) milk
300 g (10.5oz) dried pasta shapes
300 g 10.5oz) broccoli stalk removed, chopped into small florets
1 tsp lemon juice
50 g (½ packed cup) grated parmesan

To Serve:
Freshly chopped parsley
black pepper

Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan (skillet) on a medium-high heat.

2. Add the chopped onion, chicken, salt and pepper and fry for 5-6 minutes, until the onions start to go translucent.

3. Add in the garlic, stir and cook for 30 seconds.

4. Add the wine and bring to the boil. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, then add the stock and milk.

5. Bring to the boil, then stir in the pasta. Bring back to a gentle bubble and place a lid on the pan. Turn down the heat and cook for 10 minutes.

6. Add in broccoli, stir, place the lid back on and cook for another 5 minutes, until the broccoli is tender, and the pasta is cooked.

7. Remove the lid, stir in the lemon juice and parmesan.

8. Serve, topped with a sprinkling of fresh parsley and black pepper.
