The salt definitely doesn't need to raise the temperature quicker beacuse of chemistry and physics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it helps i think to let the starch go out

Had you been chefs you'd have known spaghetti are NEVER served with meatballs in Italy. Never. That's some imaginary trash usa meal. Not Italian for sure.

Without a taste test this is pretty pointless. I bet most people would be perfectly happy with the first one, especially when it's so much easier to prepare. A bit of food snobbery here I think.
