Oven Roasted Fish, Crispy Oven Baked Steelhead Trout Fish Recipe

¼= Tsp Ground Ginger – http://amzn.to/2xayg4L

Marinate the Fish for 10 minutes, use cooking spray and place Fish pieces on Glass Baking Dish and place it in Pre-heated Oven in the middle rack for 10 minutes. Take it out and flip the pieces and cook it again for 5 more minutes or until it’s fully cooked.

Pre-heat your Oven and cook – Bake @500°F / 260ºC for 10 minutes, then turn over the fish and cook an additional 5 more minutes or until it’s fully cooked. Turn off the oven and let it rest for a few more minutes before taking out of the OVEN and Enjoy with your family/friends.

My fish didn’t get crispy like yours , the marination still looked raw on baking mode. Do i need to cook on broiler mode??
