Recipe here: http://www.joyofbaking.com/PeachPie.html Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make a peach pie. One of my favorite ways to use fresh peaches is in this Peach Pie that combines two buttery crisp layers of pastry with lightly sweetened slices of fresh peaches. This is a perfect dessert on a warm summer’s night preferably with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Your peach pie looks amazing.. but i have a question or two πŸ˜‚ i am from Germany and i dont know what "quick cooking tapioca" is and where i can get it .. and my second question is, you put cream on it at the top , what kind of cream is it ? Heavy cream ?

And o the last question is where i can get this thing you put on the Top of the pie while you baked it to cover your crust ? I have never seen it cause in Germany we rarely bake pies
