Thanks for these pie recipes particularly the pie crust recipe- like cross between traditional American pie with an Italian aspect; eager to try it. Nice video tutorial. However, I think you should consider writing down the recipes that you are using in the information box. Also, when you make everything seem like it is sent from heaven, you lose some of your credibility. For example, at 1:25 you smelt the blueberries and almost had an orgasm. Those blueberries better be the best in the world, or else you are faking it. Jokes aside, nice video.
