  4. I love pitas but agree with you John, the ones from the store are usually stale tasting. Look forward to making your recipe.
    You always make your recipes look so easy and you give great instructions!

  5. You know if you turned your dough whisk around and used the other end, you would get a much better result when stirring doughs. My grandmother always made her own breads and always started her doughs off with the handle end of a wooden spoon before she got her hands into it!
