Framing is DONE…But We Couldn't WAIT for THIS!! – THE SHOP Part 7

Hey Gang! Today’s exciting because it marks our final framing stage not only on The Shop project, but in the State of Louisiana! Super good refresher course before we head to Texas and frame up the Stud Pack house. It’s a little unconventional to put in your vent fan in this early, but we just couldn’t wait! This thing is awesome from it’s colors to it’s sound and even how quiet and effective the fan is. Love it.
Thanks for watching and we’ll see ya in the next one!

  1. I do bathroom Remodoling all day every day. Custom tile showers and about an year ago started using that kind of exhaust vents and absolutely love it. Every bathroom I do gets one installed in it

  2. Not only do you guys have amazing attention to details y’all have skill to make a great finished product! It’s great to see how efficient you two work together

  3. I just hung a LED light with only two color types warm or cool, but that one is definitely a fully loaded light fart fan…

  4. Always look forward to your videos guys ,you both have come along way since you started 👍💪. Keep up the awesome content and can’t wait for the Stud Pack Reno !

  5. Where you live what kind of permits would you need for this job? I live in a third world country (California) and I'll bet in CA the permits are more than the entire cost of the job you did. We have lots of elected officials and civil servants who require lots of cash in their pockets to support their way of life.

  6. There's no better time spent than working with your son building something. In our case, we're building a second home for all of us to share. Enjoy your time. 🙂

  7. Is this the best construction show on Youtube? Why yes, yes it is!! Gentlemen, keep up the great work and keep those videos uploading. It's the highlight of my day when a new video drops. Thanks!!!!!

  8. Consider painting the plywood roof for your buddy. It’ll be easier to clean if he ever has to dust up there. Paint Stores have duds they may even give you.

  9. What kind of wood is that lumber made of? Looks like it's been sitting around for awhile.

  10. Wide angle lens is a good choice for small spaces to capture more but you need a good stabilizer, or the shaking becomes a lot more apparent. =)

  11. Great content, as always. I must ask, what is up with that lumber? Was the supplier trying to see how much mold they could grow? (I know, it's 2022 and we get what we can find.)

  12. What are you setting the joist beams into? I didnt see any joist hangers, or joist cutouts in the wall boards. Please dont be free standing the joist beams then toe nailing them. That cant be allowable by any code standard.

  13. I use a Sony ZV-1 too. Did you guys get the Ulanzi WL-1 adapter lens? I have that and it works great!

  14. Bluetooth controlled fart fan. And here I was thinking I did good when I got one that didn't sound like a 747 taking off.

  15. Yes yes time well spent! Thanks for the vid loved to see the progress! 🍉 ftw!

  16. good 1 Jordan, hahaha like the ladder between 2 studs, hahahahahaha your dad did not get it.
