  4. Mayo or Greek yogurt, salsa, avacodo, cheese and what else besides burger is covering up the taste of this burger? Do these veggie style burgers even taste good at all with just cheese on them?

  6. I just made this for dinner. Holy crow! It was good! It didn't get squished, doesn't break apart, wasn't dry. The key, is to make sure you cook it until you see browning all over. It even LOOKS like beef burger! Thanks JO!

  7. These were good! We might consider dehydrating the mushrooms a bit next time to lose some moisture but definitely recommend

  8. I'd have to dwap out the beans for roasted pureed eggplant (with skin because smoky!) and blend with the mushrooms. Cast iron! WOOT
