Are eggs usually raw in caeser dressing? This looks so good but i would be afraid to eat raw eggs ????
I live in southeast KY!!!! Lots of forage in the Appalachian mountains. I know of many people eating ramps, poke salet, and bears lettuce!!! Also kill down lettuce which is fried bacon and it’s rendered grease poured over fresh garden lettuce and green onion while smoking hot!!!! I myself have never had ramps, but poke salet and bears lettuce are quite tasty!!! Also heard of people eating dandelions, never tried it myself!!!!
I thought ramps was a typo for ranch at first but now I have discovered my new thing for the day! Never heard of ramps, im off to google
