  1. Hey AB, my Pops side of the family is from NC so I grew up on Carolina style chopped pork with the vinegar based sauce. Are you a fan of that style? Basic sauce: ACV, brown sugar, black pepper then season to your own taste.

  9. I do basically the same but I inject butter and white wine and Cajun seasoning a day before. The bone always pulls out thin I shredded. I'm diabetic so I make my own berque sauce from scratch so I have no sugar but you can't tell the difference.
