IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video’s meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn’t anything new. Most people who’ve been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you’re unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn’t for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that’s not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn’t mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You’re not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I’ve explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don’t take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you’re not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

***ANGEL FOOD CAKE RECIPE***
5 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar (or a squeeze of lemon juice)
3/4 cup (175g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (60g) flour (cake flour, ideally)
salt
vanilla (or some other extract)
Bake this in a narrow pan — one big loaf pan, or two smaller ones would be good. Line the pan entirely with parchment paper before you start on the batter. Get the oven heating to 350ºF/180ºC.
Put the cream of tartar in the egg whites and beat to stiff peaks. Gradually beat in the sugar until the foam is stiff again. Beat in a pinch of salt and a splash of vanilla. Beat in the flour until the mixture is just homogenous — no longer.
Scrape into the pan and bake until a skewer to the center comes out clean — about an hour, but it’ll depend on the dimensions of your pan. Let cool thoroughly before taking it out of the pan and peeling off the parchment paper.
A serrated knife is good for slicing. I like eating it plain, but you could top it with whipped cream, berries, and/or the crème diplomate recipe below.
***CREME DIPLOMAT RECIPE***
4 egg yolks
3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup (30g) cornstarch
3 cups (700mL) milk
2 oz (60g) butter
1 pint (500mL) cream
salt
vanilla
[FYI, some people use gelatin to further thicken this — I think it’s great without it]
This will make a pretty big bowl of stuff, but it’s tasty AF.
Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, flour, cornstarch, a pinch of salt and a splash of vanilla with just enough of the milk to make a very thick paste — it’s easier to whisk lumps out of thick pastes. When you have it pretty smooth, whisk in the rest of the milk. Bring the mixture to a boil, whisking constantly — it’ll seem like nothing is happening, and then all of a sudden it’ll thicken.
When it’s thickened and bubbling, take it off the heat and whisk in the butter. You now have pastry cream. Let it cool completely. While you’re waiting, whip the cream. When the pastry cream is cold, whip it into the cream until just homogenous, no longer. You could just eat this like pudding, or dip berries in it, or use it as a spread for the angel food cake, or pour it inside the chocolate soufflé recipe below.
***CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE RECIPE***
3 eggs
2 oz (60g) butter (plus a little more for buttering the ramekins)
4 oz (113g) chocolate bar, as dark as you want it
3 tablespoons (40g) granulated sugar
cream of tartar
salt
vanilla
This will only make two soufflés, but multiply as needed. Start by buttering the inside of two ramekins, and maybe dust the sides with sugar if you’re into that. Get the oven heating to 400ºF/200ºC.
Separate the eggs, reserving the yolks. Put a pinch of cream of tartar in with the whites and beat to stiff peaks. Beat in the sugar until you have a stiff meringue.
Heat the chocolate and butter until they just melt smooth. Remove from the heat and whisk in the egg yolks, a pinch of salt and a splash of vanilla. Whisk that into the meringue until just homogenous, no more.
Put the batter into the ramekins, smooth off the tops and do the thumb trick you see in the video at 7:13, I don’t know how to describe it here. Bake until they’re puffing up a lot but they’re still a little jiggly if you tap the ramekins, maybe 15 minutes.
Eat soon after you take them out of the oven — soufflés start falling immediately as they cool. Maybe pierce a hole in the center with your spoon and pour in some of the cremé diplomat recipe above.

Instagram will index up to 30 tags for every post. In other words, you have 30 free opportunities to promote each post, so that your target audience can find your content when clicking on a hashtag.
Using relevant keywords that fit your audience size and engagement rate will result in your posts getting temporarily Featured as Top Posts by Instagram. This will significantly increase the views on your content, which in turn gets you more, targeted likes and followers.
WHY NOT JUST REPEAT A LIST OF POPULAR TAGS?
Most hashtag apps and websites make big promises but actually won’t deliver results in helping your content get noticed.
They often promise “popular hashtags” that are actually quite common and overly competitive for your audience size. These services might take a number of general topics and spit out generic hashtags that can even hurt your growth.
For example, if you are promoting your new coffee brand and have 1k followers, and use the common tag #coffee (118M posts), your post will probably not get Featured as a Top Post, depending on your audience engagement, and therefore will get pushed aside to the hidden “Recent” section only.
Hashta.gr will start with #coffee and suggest hundreds of lookalike tags to select from that may fit your audience size better, such as #ig_coffee (206k posts), #coffiecup (740k posts), #coffeeshots (1M posts) and #igerscoffee (287K posts). It will be much easier to get Featured as Top Posts on lookalike tags and grow faster.
If you choose the wrong hashtags, your posts will not be Featured as Top Posts, and you will be wasting the most effective opportunities to grow your audience. Worse, using irrelevant or generic tags can even get your posts “shadow banned”.

Realizing the quick pace and extreme commute was no longer her vibe, she dove face-first into YouTube and found herself researching tiny living. She now lives full-time in a 2002 Ford E450 Super Duty rig. The layout is functional with abundant space and versatile sections that can convert for multipurpose use. She decorated it with tons of peel and stick with the idea that it could be quickly changed for a new cosmetic feel.
Gillian has a huge clothing collection with a large dresser and upper cabinets to host it all. Under her fixed bed is a double-sectioned storage space that can be accessed from outside. One exterior door leads to the product storehouse, and the other opens to the garage site. This creative girl travels with her pop-up shop in hand for the ability to set up anywhere and sell her goods.

Ingredients
Chicken:
1 1/2 cups (335 grams) broccoli florets
1 1/2 quarts (1.8 liters) vegetable oil, plus 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) for stir-frying
2 pounds (900 grams) boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch (3-centimeter) dice
1 1/2 cups (335 grams) tempura flour, plus 1 cup (223 grams) for dredging
1 cup (240 milliliters) cold water
1/2 onion, cut into large dice
10 to 12 whole dried Thai chiles
1/2 tablespoon (8 grams) minced ginger root
1/2 tablespoon (5 grams) chopped garlic
Sauce:
1/2 cup (90 milliliters) oyster sauce
1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) chili garlic sauce
1/2 cup (95 grams) sugar
6 tablespoons (90 milliliters) white vinegar
2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) soy sauce
1 tablespoon (7 grams) cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) water
1 drop red food coloring (optional)
3 scallions, sliced on the bias

For the chicken: Place your broccoli florets in a medium bowl and add 2 tablespoons water. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside until ready to use.
Heat the oil in a 4-quart (3.8-liter) Dutch oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) using a frying thermometer. Rinse the chicken in cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Mix 1 1/2 cups (335 grams) of the tempura flour and 1 cup (240 milliliters) water into a thick batter. It should look like thick pancake batter. Dredge the chicken cubes in the 1 cup (223 grams) of tempura flour and then coat them in the batter. Fry them in two batches until golden brown and crispy, 6 to 8 minutes. Drain the chicken on paper towels or a rack.
Heat a wok or large skillet to high and add 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) of oil. When you see the first wisps of white smoke, stir in the fried chicken, onion, chiles, broccoli, and 1/3 of the ginger and garlic and cook them for about 30 seconds.
For the sauce: While the chicken cooks, add the oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, sugar, white vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch slurry, red food coloring if using, 1/3 cup water and the remaining chopped ginger and garlic into a 1-quart (946-millileter) saucepan and bring the heat up to medium. Whisk gently as it comes to a simmer. Allow it to simmer and keep whisking it for about 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Remove from the heat and reserve it.
Stir in the sauce and allow it to coat the chicken and simmer. Cook it, folding all the ingredients until they are well coated, about 2 minutes. Garnish with the scallions.

How to Install Crown Molding Around Corners | Ask This Old House
In this video This Old House general contractor Tom Silva shows host Kevin O’Connor a tip for installing crown molding around awkward wall angles.

General contractor Tom Silva shows Kevin how to handle a common problem: crown molding around awkwardly angled walls. Tom explains that most folks cut returns that avoid the angle rather than wrapping the crown molding around, and that’s not necessarily the best solution.
Certain homes like capes and those with gambrel roofs can make installing crown molding very difficult. They often have angled walls (known as cheek walls) formed by roof rafters, and many homeowners don’t know how to install crown molding around these walls.
Sometimes, folks simply end the molding before the edge of the cheek wall and install returns, but they’re often eye-catching and ugly. Others may overrun the cheek wall, leaving a large gap underneath the molding. The tip below is a better option.

Time: 1 hour
Cost: Under $10
Installing Crown Molding Around Corner Angles
1. Cut an outside corner on a miter saw. Remember to cut upside and backward when cutting crown molding angles. Use glue and a couple of small nails to create this joint and allow it to dry. This is a corner template, so using a few scraps of shorter crown molding cut-offs is fine.
2. Place the corner template over the corner. Mark the ceiling along the tops of the molding with a few light pencil marks. Also, mark the crown where its bottom edge meets the cheek wall. Remove the template and measure the distance between the mark and the corner of the template.
3. Place the 1×4 board so the edge is against the ceiling and the flat of the board is against the cheek wall, overhanging the edge of the corner in question. Use a pencil to trace the angle against the back of the board. Cut along this line with the circular saw or hand saw to create an angle template.
4. Use the angle template to adjust the blade angle on the table saw. Hold it against the blade and lower the blade until it lays flat against the angled cut.
5. Adjust the saw fence so the blade will cut an angled board to the correct width measured in step 2. This can be a bit tricky, so start with a few test cuts before committing to a final cut.
6. Cut and install the final moldings as you would any other outside corner, using the reference marks on the ceiling for alignment. Once the moldings are in place, find the length of the filler piece by measuring the length of the gap under the molding. Mark and cut this piece on a miter saw before gluing and installing it in the gap with brad nails.
7. Caulk any small gaps and paint the molding for a seamless look.

Pork Chops alla Fiorentina
RECIPE COURTESY OF GIADA DE LAURENTIIS
Level: Easy
Total: 50 min (includes resting time)
Active: 15 min
Yield: 2 to 4 servings
Ingredients
2 to 3 bone-in pork loin chops (about 12 ounces each)
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 shallots, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, smashed, peeled and cut in half
One 5-ounce container baby spinach, roughly chopped
1/2 cup Pork Chops alla Fiorentina, pork chops, pork chops dinner, pork chops recipe, pork, italian pork chops, mascarpone cheese, creamy dish, dinner, family dinner, spinach, Tuscany, Tuscan recipes, pan sauce,
4 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1/2 large lemon)
Directions
Remove the pork chops from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Dry the pork chops well on both sides using paper towels and season evenly with 1 teaspoon salt.
Add the oil to the pan and heat an additional 30 seconds. Add the pork chops to the pan and cook, undisturbed, until deep golden brown and beginning to look cooked around the edges, about 5 minutes. Flip the chops, lower the heat to medium and cook, searing the edges as well, until golden brown and the center reaches 140 to 145 degrees F, about 5 minutes. Remove to a plate to rest and carry-over cook.
Return the pan to medium heat and add the butter, shallots and garlic. Cook until fragrant and soft, about 1 minute. Add the spinach to the pan along with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook, stirring often until wilted. Stir in the mascarpone, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons water and bring to a simmer. Stir in any juices from the pork that have accumulated on the plate and cook for 2 minutes longer. Spoon the sauce over the pork chops and serve.

Please follow the instructions of your rice flour bag to make dumplings if it has them. Often times it has instructions on the back. Here’s the ingredients I used bellow. You can adjust the ratio to your taste.
