US Marines & Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Annual Exercise – Forest Light 2019

U.S. Marines with 1st Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, currently assigned to 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, and 8th Infantry Regiment, 13th Brigade, Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, perform Military Operations in Urban Terrain training and mortar training during Forest Light Middle Army in Aibano Training Area, Shiga, Japan, Dec. 4-5, 2019.
Forest Light Middle Army is an annual training exercise that is designed to enhance the collective defense capabilities of the United States and Japan Alliance.

陸上自衛隊・第13旅団・第8普通科連隊と、アメリカ海兵隊・第3海兵師団・第4海兵連隊との日米合同演習フォレストライト・ミドルアーミー(MA)での、2019年12月4〜5日に饗庭野演習場(滋賀県)で行われた都市地形訓練と迫撃砲訓練。

In this video, I will show you how to make a blade bait lure using an aluminum plate. This blade bait is designed to be less prone to losing the sinker than most homemade blade bait.
*In this video, I use a “hand nibbler tool”, but if you don’t have a nibbler tool, use another tool such as nippers or pliers to cut the aluminum plate.

How To Get Super Defined Moisturized Curls On All Natural Hair Types!

Denman D3 (Medium) Detangling Brush http://bit.ly/1s1Fek9

Steps:
1. Cleans and Condition Hair.
2. Deep Condition hair.
3. On wet hair (not soaking wet), Apply an oil to seal in moisture then lock the moisture in with a moisturizer to assure hair stays moisturized for long periods of time.
4. Use Small/Med size portions of hair then apply your styler.
5. Use a detangling brush to create spiral curls. This should work on all natural hair types. May not work on transitioning hair.
6. Two-strand twist your hair then coil the ends.
7. Allow to dry over night. Mines dried in about 10 hours.
8. Apply an oil then remove your twist.
9. Fluff then style.

My hair type: 4a/4b, Low Porosity, Medium Length, Medium Density.

Today we had our Gender Reveal Party with our families and some of our close friends. We both really didn’t care either way, but it was exciting to put the party together and find out with everyone if Adriana will have a little brother or sister.

We both feel so blessed to be having a precious little boy, and ultimately, just pray for a healthy child.

I know nothing about raising boys, so this is going to be an exciting & fun experience, I’m sure! Mamas of boys, what advice do you have for me? 🙂

How to Deadlift with correct technique. The weight used in this video is 405 lbs, to show good form using actual heavy weight. These simple instructions show you show you how to use perfect form and most importantly, be safe. Excellent form will greatly reduce the risk of injury when lifting. Almost every athlete ( football, basketball, sprinter, ect) can benefit in some way from deadlifting, however most athletes use form that puts them at risk of herniating their back. That should never be a serious risk, and won’t be if you follow these simple steps.
