Ireland’s Jamie Griffin gained notoriety on social media for skateboarding in his shed during bad weather doing the most technical stationary flatground tricks and ledge stall combos. Griffin quickly became a viral sensation, gaining the attention of London based board brand, @HopKing. After turning Pro for the brand in June of 2021, Griffin followed that up with his “Do It Rolling” street part to silence any critics that questioned whether he could do his infamous flatground tricks rolling. In 2022, Jamie cemented his name into skateboarding history when he won BATB 12, defeating @JonnyGiger, @SpencerBarton, @VinnieBanhClips and Lil Dre in the ‘Influencers’ bracket, along with ‘Icon’ Chris Cole, and ‘Joe’ Tyler Peterson at Finals Night to win the BATB 12 Championship.

Crème chocolat sans oeufs ! 2 ingrédients / Sans farine, ni fécule /Fait en 3 min et sans cuisson !

Saviez-vous que le yaourt peut sécher au frigo et devenir un glaçage ou une crème ? Voici ma recette de la crème chocolat sans oeufs et sans gluten, ni fécule ! Quand je veux faire un glaçage au yaourt, je le pose directement sur mon gâteau, je laisse reposer 3h et le glaçage est prêt ! Pour la crème chocolat ou mousse chocolat, il faut patienter 1 nuit car le yaourt est en plus grosse quantité et donc mets plus de temps à sécher à l’air, dans le frigo. Bonne dégustation !

Ingrédients :
480 g de yaourt Grec ou Skyr ou fromage blanc (2 cups)
60 g de cacao sucré

1 – J’ai choisi du cacao sucré pour éviter d’ajouter un troisième ingrédient : le sucre.
2 – Si vous êtes sensible au lactose, vous pouvez remplacer le yaourt par un yaourt vegan gras (type coco ou soja).
3 – Vous pouvez faire un glaçage pour vos gâteaux avec ce mélange. Ou le laisser nature ou aromatiser à d’autres goûts.

When I want to make a yoghurt frosting, I put it directly on my cake, I let it rest for 3 hours and the frosting is ready! For the chocolate cream or chocolate mousse, you have to wait 1 night because the yogurt is in larger quantities and therefore takes longer to dry in the air, in the fridge. Good tasting !

Ingredients :
480g Greek or Skyr yoghurt or cottage cheese (2 cups)
60g sweet cocoa

1 – I chose sweet cocoa to avoid adding a third ingredient: sugar.
2 – If you are sensitive to lactose, you can replace the yogurt with a fatty vegan yogurt (coconut or soy type).
3 – You can make a glaze for your cakes with this mixture. Or leave it plain or flavor to other tastes.

ALOO GOBHI 2 WAYS
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 25-30 minutes
Serve 2-4

Ingredients
For Ginger Green Chili Paste
2 inch Ginger (peeled & sliced) अदरक
4-5 no. Green chillies (less spicy & broken into half) हरी मिर्च
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

For Washing Veggies
2 medium Cauliflower, medium size florets, फूलगोभी
Water, पानी
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
6-7 Potatoes, peeled & diced, आलू
Water, पानी

For Frying Veggies
Oil for frying, तेल तलने के लिए
1 medium Cauliflower, cut in florets, फूलगोभी
3 medium Potatoes (peeled & diced) आलू

For Masala Mixture
2 tbsp Coriander powder, धनिया पाउडर
2 ½ tsp Degi red chili powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
2 tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर
A pinch of asafoetida, हींग
3-4 tbsp Water, पानी
1 ½ tbsp Curd, beaten, दही
1 tbsp Tender coriander stems, chopped, धनिया के डंठल

For Ghar Wala Aloo Gobi
1 ½ tbsp Oil, तेल
A pinch of cumin seeds, जीरा
A pinch of fennel seeds, सौंफ
4-5 no. Fenugreek seeds, मेथी दाना
1 tbsp Ginger Green chili paste, अदरक हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट
3 medium Potatoes (peeled & cubed) आलू
1 medium Cauliflower (cut in florets) फूलगोभी
2-3 tbsp Prepared Masala Mixture, मसाले का मिश्रण
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
A pinch of sugar, चीनी
Little water, पानी
1 medium Tomato, cut into dice, टमाटर

For Garnish
Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता

For Shadi Wala Aloo Gobi
1 ½ tbsp Oil, तेल
½ tsp Cumin seeds, जीरा
1 Green cardamom, हरी इलायची
1 Cloves, लौंग
1 heaped tbsp Ginger Green chili paste, अदरक हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट
A pinch of asafoetida, हींग
3-4 tbsp Prepared Masala Mixture, मसाले का मिश्रण
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 cup fresh Tomato puree, ताज़े टमाटर की प्यूरी
Little water, पानी
Fried Potatoes, तले हुए आलू
Fried Cauliflower, florets, तले हुए फूलगोभी

For Garnish
1 Green chili, slit into half, हरी मिर्च
Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता
½ inch Ginger, julienned, अदरक

Other Ingredients
2 tsp Ghee (for Layering) घी
Whole wheat flour, for dusting, गेहूं का आटा
2 tsp Ghee (for roasting) घी

For Paratha Dough
2 cups Whole wheat flour, गेहूं का आटा
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tsp Ghee, घी
¼ tsp Carom seeds, अजवाइन
Water, पानी
1 tsp Oil (after kneading) तेल

Process
For Ginger Chili Paste
In a mortar pestle, add ginger, green chili, salt to taste and make it coarsely paste.
Keep it aside for further use.

For Washing Veggies
In a bowl, add cauliflower, water, salt to taste and mix it well.
Keep it aside for 20-30 minutes.
In a bowl, add potato, water and keep it aside for further use.

For Frying
In a kadai, add oil, once it’s hot, add cauliflower and fry until golden in color.
Transfer it to an absorbent paper and keep it aside for further use.
Add potato and fry until 80% cooked.
Transfer it to a tray and keep it aside for further use.

For Masala Mixture
In a bowl, add coriander powder, degi red chili powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, water, curd, tender coriander stems and mix it well.
Keep it aside for further use.

For Ghar Wala Aloo Gobi
In a kadai or handi, add oil, once it’s hot, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds and let it splutter well.
Add ginger chili paste and saute it for a minute on moderate heat.
Add potatoes and saute well, add cauliflower, prepared masala mixture and mix everything very well.
Add salt to taste, sugar, water and saute it well.
Now, cover it with the lid and keep it aside for further cooking.
Add tomatoes and turn off the flame.
Transfer it to a serving dish and garnish it with coriander sprig.
Serve hot with paratha.

For Shaadi Wale Aloo Gobi
In a kadai or handi, add oil, once it’s hot, add cumin seeds, green cardamom, cloves and let it splutter.
Add ginger chili paste and saute it for a minute on high flame.
Add prepared masala mixture and saute well on high flame. Add salt to taste, tomato puree and cover it with the lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
Add water, fried potatoes, fried cauliflower and cook it well on moderate heat.
Transfer it to a on the serving dish, garnish it with ginger julienned, green chili, and coriander sprig.
Serve hot with paratha.

For Paratha Dough
In a parat, add whole wheat flour, salt to taste, ghee, carom seeds, water and knead it well.
Make it medium soft dough and keep it aside.
Apply oil on the dough and keep it aside for resting.
Divide the dough into equal lemon size balls, roll it into rotis, apply ghee and fold it like a book or shape it into a triangle.

For Cooking Paratha
In a tawa add ghee, once it’s hot, place paratha and cook it from both the sides.
Transfer it to a plate and keep it aside for further use.

Shepherd's pie #shorts

Ingredients

– 2 carrots, grated
– 1 brown onion, diced
– Small bunch thyme, finely sliced
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 800g lamb mince
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tbsp tomato paste
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 200ml red wine
– 600ml chicken stock
– 150g frozen peas
– 1 kg potatoes peeled
– 100ml milk
– 100g parmesan

Method

1. In a large pan over med-high heat, add the oil and once it’s hot saute the onions with a pinch of salt
2. After 3 minutes, add the carrot and cook for a further 2 minutes
3. Add the thyme and then the lamb mince with a good pinch of salt and pepper
4. Stir well before adding the Worcestershire sauce, wine and tomato paste
5. Cook this down until the wine is almost gone then add the stock and cook for 1 hour on low
6. While this is cooking, place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water and a big pinch of salt. Cook over med-high heat for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender
7. In the last 5 minutes of cooking the lamb, add the peas and stir well
8. Mash the cooked potatoes and stir through the butter, milk and half of the parmesan. Mix well
9. Add the lamb to a large oven-proof dish and top with the mash and finish with the grated parmesan
10. Place into a 180c over for 25 minutes or until golden brown

Happy Hindu New Year! As we celebrate Gudi Padwa and Ugadi, it’s time for new beginnings and fresh starts! And to celebrate in full-swing, today I am sharing a must-have delicacy -Mango Shrikhand with Puri, a seasonal favourite to enjoy with family and friends.

To make the perfect ‘zing’ for the shrikhand, I used the trendy purple colour Bajaj Carve Mixer Grinder featuring the powerful DuraCut® Blades* that come with LIFETIME WARRANTY* to grind cardamom and nutmeg into a fine powder.

Adding a pinch of saffron (kesar), powdered sugar, and the cardamom-nutmeg mixture to the curd, we whisk it well to create the perfect plain shrikhand. But to make it even more special, I’m using Maharashtra’s famous Alphonso mangoes to create Amrakhand!

Next, it’s time to prepare piping hot puris with a special flavour twist using the sleek design Bajaj Slim Series Gas Stove! Its heavy brass burners, toughened glass stove, and unique pan support make heavy festive cooking a breeze, while its sleek design adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen.

Mango pulp (आम की प्युरे) – 1 cup
Pista chopped (पिस्ता) – handful
Almonds chopped (बादाम) – handful

For Poori (400 gms)

Whole Wheat Flour (आटा) – 1½ cups/200 gms
Cardamom powder (ईलाइची पाउडर) – ½ tsp
Fennel powder (सौंफ पाउडर) – 1 tsp
Saffron, soaked (केसर) – a pinch
Semolina (सूजी) – 2 tbsp
Salt (नमक) – a pinch
Oil (तेल) – a dash
Water (पानी) – ¾ cup/175 ml approx

Here, I wanted to make sure the dressing didn’t get too heavy, so that other components of the salad could really shine. So, I nixed the fat from olive oil or some other heavy fat and stuck with one of my favorite kitchen hacks of all time—hummus + mustard! Make sure your potato mixture doesn’t stick to your hands after mixing

PRO TIP!!!!
boil potatoes for 30-45 minutes you can peel and then boil, just keep in mind you might need more breadcrums to keep the tortita togther or you can use 1 cup of your favorite melting cheese such as queso oaxaca
Also make sure oil covered the tortita

Ingredients:
for the potato mixture
7 potatoes:boiled, peeled
1 cup queso cotija
6 tbsp breadcrumbs or you can use 1 cup shredded melting cheese
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp parsely
2 tsp chicken bouillon
salt I used 1 1/2 tsp
oil for frying:enough to cover the tortita
cheese I used colby jack
For the Rajas mixture
4 poblanos
2 green chiles or jalapeños
1/2 cup corn
1 onion
Garlic salt
For the poblano sauce
2 green chiles
1 serrano(optional)
Handful of spinach
Handful of cilantro
2 oz cream cheese
1/8 onion
1 garlic clove
1 chicken bouillon
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup crema mexicana
Salt I used 1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 serving of love ????

المكونات وتعليمات خطوة بخطوة لعمل وصفة السمك

ابدأ بتتبيل السمك
استخدم فيليه سمك البلطي (500 جرام) أو أي شرائح سمك تفضلها
تبل السمك بالمكونات التالية
ملعقتان كبيرتان من عصير الليمون
ملح وفلفل أسود
ملعقة صغيرة من البابريكا ونصف ملعقة صغيرة من الكمون والكزبرة والفلفل الأحمر الحار ومسحوق الثوم
احفظ السمك في الثلاجة لمدة ساعة
يقلى السمك بالزيت النباتي الساخن
اقلها على نار عالية
اطبخ السمك لمدة 3 دقائق على كل جانب

تحضير الأرز
اغسل كوبين من أرز بسمتي
نقع الأرز لمدة 20 دقيقة
في وعاء نضيف القليل من الزيت النباتي و
عود القرفة والهيل والقرنفل
بمجرد مرور 20 دقيقة ، صفي الأرز من الماء واسكبه في القدر
أضف ملعقة صغيرة من الملح وثلاثة أكواب من الماء
يُطهى الأرز على نار عالية حتى تقل كمية الماء
ثم ، على نار خفيفة لمدة 25 دقيقة

تحضير الخضار
أضيفي القليل من الزيت النباتي في مقلاة
كرميل البصل (150 جرام)
يضاف:
الثوم المفروم (13 جرام).
فلفل حار (اختياري)
فلفل حلو (100 جرام)
طماطم (250 جرام)
خضروات مشكلة (250 جرام)
ملعقة صغيرة من مرق الخضار
ملح
فلفل اسود
قم بطهي كل شيء على نار متوسطة لمدة 15 دقيقة

الخطوات النهائية
ضع ورقة زبدة على قاع صينية الكيك وأضف السمك
اخلط نصف كوب من الكزبرة مع الخضار
نضيف الخضار فوق السمك
ثم نضيف الأرز
اضغط برفق على القمة
اقلبها على صينية التقديم

Ingredients and step by step instructions for making the fish recipe

Start by seasoning the fish
Use Tilapia fish fillets (500 grams) or any fish fillets you prefer
Season the fish with the following ingredients
Two tbsps of lemon juice
Salt and black pepper
One tsp of paprika and half a tsp each of cumin, coriander, and red chili pepper, and garlic powder
Keep the fish refrigerated for 1 hour
Fry the fish in hot vegetable oil
Fry it over high heat
Cook the fish for 3 minutes on each side

Preparing the rice
Wash two cups basmati rice
Soak the rice for 20 minutes
In a pot add a little bit of vegetable oil and a
cinnamon stick, cardamom, and cloves
Once the 20 minutes have passed, strain the rice the water and pour it into the pot
Add one tsp of salt and three cups of water
Cook the rice over high heat until the amount of water decreases
Then, over low heat for 25 minutes

Prepare the vegetables
In a pan add a little bit of vegetable oil
Caramelize the onion (150 grams)
Add:
Chopped garlic (13 grams)
Hot pepper (optional)
Bell pepper (100 grams)
Tomatoes (250 grams)
Mixed vegetables (250 grams)
One tsp of vegetable bouillon
Salt
Black pepper
Cook everything over medium heat for 15 minutes

Final steps
Put a sheet of parchment paper on the bottom of a cake pan and add the fish
Mix half a cup of coriander with the vegetables
Add the vegetables on top of the fish
Then,add the rice
Press gently on the top
Flip on a serving tray

Chicken breast (350g-400g).
2 eggs
3/4 cup of cooking cream (200ml).
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric.
provencal herbs or oregano.
100g of shredded mozzarella cheese.
1 tomato
you can add some chopped parsley for garnish .
