Seated Bent Over Rear Delt Raise – Shoulder Exercise – Bodybuilding.com

Add this rear delt raise exercise to your shoulder workout!

Place a couple of dumbbells looking forward in front of a flat bench.
Sit on the end of the bench with your legs together and the dumbbells behind your calves.
Bend at the waist while keeping the back straight in order to pick up the dumbbells. The palms of your hands should be facing each other as you pick them. This will be your starting position.
Keeping your torso forward and stationary, and the arms slightly bent at the elbows, lift the dumbbells straight to the side until both arms are parallel to the floor. Exhale as you lift the weights. (Note: avoid swinging the torso or bringing the arms back as opposed to the side.)
After a one second contraction at the top, slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.
Variation: This exercise can also be performed standing but those with lower back problems are better off performing this seated variety.

If your growling stomach sounds like a caged animal, you can satiate that ravenous beast without having to scrub a bunch of pots and pans afterwards.

Step 1: Slice bun
Slice the bun lengthwise. Dig a trench through the center of both halves with your fingers.

Step 2: Pile on meats and cheeses
Fill the trenches with your choice of fresh meats and cheeses to form a protective moisture barrier to the bread.

Step 3: Add cucumber and tomato
Add the cucumber and tomato slices to balance the salty bite of the meat and cheese.

Tip
Pack your ingredients separately and construct your sandwich on site if you take your lunch to work or school. This preserves freshness and protects against soggy bread.

Step 4: Drizzle mayo or dressing
Drizzle on the mayo or dressing of your choice. Be gentle – you don’t want to turn your sandwich into an oily mess.

Tip
Flavor the mayo with fresh herbs, such as basil or oregano, or use salsa or guacamole for a change of pace.

Step 5: Top with lettuce or sprouts
Top your sandwich with romaine lettuce and sprouts for a refreshing crunch.

Step 6: Add bacon and olive
Add crumbled bacon for extra flavor. Spear the olive with the toothpick and stick it through your sandwich to hold it together.

Step 7: Let sandwich rest
Let the sandwich rest for 10 minutes at room temperature to let the flavors meld together. Unless you can’t wait – then dig in!

PANEER TIKKA x 2 Ways
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:-
For Marinade
½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tbsp mustard oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tbsp roasted gram flour (besan)
1 tbsp degi mirch
1 tbsp Panchranga achaar paste
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ cup green capsicum, cut in cubes
½ cup onions, cut in quarters
½ cup red bell peppers, cut in cubes
350 gms Paneer, cut in cubes

For Tikka
1 tbsp mustard oil
2 tbsp butter
Kasuri methi for garnish
Charoal
1 tbsp ghee

Process:-
• Add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, kasuri methi and mustard oil in a bowl and add mix well. /
• Add salt and carom seeds, mix well. Add roasted gram flour and mix well.
• Note: If the yogurt is not sour, add some lemon juice and if the yogurt is sour you can use it as is. This marinade can be used for any and every type of Paneer Tikka as explained in the video.
• Divide the prepared mixture into two parts, in one part add degi mirch for Paneer Tikka and mix well. Set aside till in use.
• In the other half the marinade add panchranga achaar paste for Achari Paneer Tikka along with some turmeric powder and mix well.
• To both the prepared marinades, add green capsicum, onions, red bell peppers and cubed Paneer, mix and coat well.
• Skewer the vegetables and paneer and set aside till in use.
• Heat mustard oil on a grill pan till smoking point and add some butter, roast the prepared paneer tikka skewers on the grill pan.
• Bast with butter and cook from all sides.
• Transfer the cooked tikka to the serving plate, place hot coal in a bowl next to the tikka, pour ghee on top and cover the tikkas for 2 minutes to smoke.
• Garnish with kasuri methi and serve hot with choice of dip/sauce/chutney.

Ingredients:
-Aam (Mango) chunks 300g
-Olper’s milk powder 2 & ½ Cups
-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee 1 tbs
-Water ½ Cup
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 1 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 1 tbs
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) ½ Cup
-Chandi warq (Edible silver leaf)
-Pista (Pistachios)

Directions:
-In a blender jug,add mango & blend to make puree (approx. 1 & ½ Cup).
-In a frying pan,add mango puree & cook on low flame while mixing continuously until its moisture reduced (10-12 minutes) & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add milk powder,desi ghee,water,mix continuously & cook on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pot (8-10 minutes).
-Khoya (mava) is ready!
-Add sugar,cardamom powder,mix well & cook until dough is formed.
-Take out half quantity of prepared khoya in a bowl & reserve for later use.
-In remaining half quantity of khoya,add prepared mango puree,mix continuously & cook on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pot (8-10 minutes).
-In reserved khoya,add pistachios,almonds,desiccated coconut & mix well.
-Transfer the mixture to a clean working surface,grease hands with oil,roll it into a log shape & set aside.
-On a clean working surface,spread butter paper,place mango dough & another butter paper & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Place log shape dough & roll it like swiss roll & wrap in butter paper & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-Cut into thick slices,garnish with edible silver leaf,pistachios & serve!

-Khoya (mava) tayyar hai.
-Cheeni aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dough form ho janay tak paka lein.
-Tayyar khoya ki half quantity ko bowl mein nikal lein & bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Khoya ki remaining half quantity mein tayyar mango puree dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein aur
halki ancch per pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
-Reserved khoya mein pista,badam aur khoya dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Clean working surface per mixture ko dal dein,haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur log shape mein roll ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Clean working surface per butter paper laga ker mango dough dal dein aur butter paper laga ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Log shape dough rakh ker swiss roll ki tarhan roll ker lein ayur butter paper mein wrap ker ka 30 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Thick slices mein cut ker lein,chandi warq aur pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein!

BACON CHEESEBURGER TATER TOT CASSEROLE
6 slices bacon
1 1/2lb lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp dill pickle relish
1/2 tsp Montreal steak grill seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
6 ounce American cheese loaf, shredded
4 cups frozen potato nuggets

1 Heat oven to 400 F. Spray 2 quart casserole with cooking spray. In 12-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium high heat 5 to 7 mins or until crisp; drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon, set aside.

2. In same skillet, cook beef and onion over medium high heat 5 to 7 mins, stirring occasionally until beef is thoroughly cooked, drain. Stir in ketchup, mustard, dill pickle relish, grill seasoning, pepper 1/2 cup of the cheese. Spoon into casserole dish. Top with potato nuggets.

3. Bake, uncovered 25 minutes or until bubbly around edged and potatoes are golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese and the reserved crumbled bacon. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
