Unexpected News About Baby #2 | RealLeyla Vlog

A couple of weeks ago, we got a call from my midwives that my blood test showed the baby might have Down Syndrome. This vlog was filmed on Jan 23, as we were heading to the hospital to have an appointment with a genetics specialist & get further testing done to confirm whether or not that was the case. Today (Feb. 1), we got a call back from the genetics specialist with the results of that test, and the test showed the baby is at a low risk for Down Syndrome.

I wanted to share this part of my journey with all of you guys, because I consider you all to be part of my YouTube Family, and I always want to be real & authentic with you guys.

Everyone needs a little joy in their life! Meet Jim and Debbie, the owners of a beautifully raised DIY 40ft skoolie. This beast of a rig has full-size everything in the kitchen, radiant floor heat, and electric recliners with heat and vibration! The bathroom is spacious with a closing door that opens up the soaking tub with a shower across from the compost toilet.

There’s plenty of outside storage underneath the bus that serves to hold tools, a generator, and other miscellaneous items. There’s also a gorgeous mountain range mural on the sides of the bus that Jim painted! These two have been on the road for four years and don’t intend on stopping anytime soon!

안녕하세요.
분 베이크입니다.

오늘은 아름다운 레인보우 젤리 케이크를 만들어 봤어요.
어렸을 때 비가 온 후 하늘에 더 있던 무지개를 봤던 기억이 있어요.
어찌나 환상적이던지….
엄마 손을 꼬~옥 잡고 함께 보던 그 무지개…
그 행복했던 기억 때문인지 무지개 컬러는 언제나 설레임을 가져다 줍니다.
그 설레이는 마음을 가득 담아 아름다운 무지개 젤리 케이크를 만들어 볼게요.

이번에 치즈케이크는 노즐에 넣어서 짜야하기 때문에 생크림을 섞을 때 주의를 해야 해요.
그렇지 않으면 크림이 뻑뻑하거나 푸석해 질 수 있어요.
그래서 젤라틴을 섞을 때에도 초심으로 돌아가 오랜만에 정석으로 섞었답니다.
그 과정은 영상으로 확인해 주세요.
또 생크림의 볼륨도 조금씩 다르게 해서 섞어주셔야 단단하면서도 매끈한 크림이 완성 될 거예요.
그리고 탱글탱글함을 자랑하는 곤약 젤리는요..

● 파스텔 레인보우 젤리 치즈케이크
(몰드 사이즈: 24.5cm*13cm)

그레이엄 쿠키 100g ( 작은 조각 – 27개 )
설탕 13g ( 1Tbsp )
무염 버터 55g ( 1/4컵 )

크림치즈 500g ( 2 컵 + 1/4 컵 )
설탕 135g ( 1/2컵 +3Tbsp )
사워크림 100g (1/2컵)
(또는 수분을 뺀 무가당 요거트 100g )

레몬즙 15g ( 1Tbsp )
바닐라 익스트랙 5ml (1tsp)

가루 젤라틴 13g ( 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp )
물 65g ( 1/3컵 +1tsp )

생크림 400g (70%~80% 휘핑함) ( 1컵 + 3/4컵 – 휘핑하기 전 )

곤약은 구약나물의 알줄기를 가공해서 만든 식재료로 감자 및 전분류에 속합니다.
물을 흡수하면 부피가 팽창하는 특징이 있어 적은 양으로도 포만감이 쉽게 느껴져서 다이어트식으로 많이 사용됩니다.
곤약은 단백질이나 지방, 비타민과 같은 특별한 영양소는 없지만 ‘글루코 만난’이라고 하는 식이섬유가 풍부해요..
또한 칼슘, 나트륨, 칼륨, 인 등의 미네랄이 풍부하죠.
비만이나 변비, 정장 작용에 효과가 좋으며, 중국에서는 옛날부터 황제의 비만 치료제로 쓰여 왔어요.
그리고 일본의 대표적 장수마을인 오키나와에서는 곤약을 매 식사 때마다 빼놓지 않을 정도로 즐겨 먹는다고 합니다.
요즘들어 곤약이 인기몰이를 하는 이유는 적은 양으로도 포만감을 줄 수 있고 칼로리까지 적어 다이어트용으로 그만이기 때문이예요.
그러나 곤약에는 탄수화물·지방·단백질 등 필수영양소와 비타민·무기질 등 미량영양소가 거의 없어서 매 끼니를 곤약으로 대신했다간 영양 불균형이 생길 수 있으니 주의를 해야 합니다.
또, 곤약은 수분이 부족하면 오히려 변비가 생길 수 있기 때문에 곤약을 섭취할 때에는 물도 충분히 섭취하는 것이 중요합니다.
