Set inside a 1978 high rise Housing Development Board building in Singapore, this once dark and segmented Waterloo Street apartment has been transformed by multi-disciplinary design studio three-d conceptwerke into a bright, comfortable and flexible space where the owners can live, work and play. Removing all internal walls and keeping only the support beam allowed more light into the center of the apartment, with vintage white terrazzo tiles reflecting it throughout the space. Key to the overall design is a series of custom white metal cabinets on wheels that can be moved around the apartment in various configurations. In the living room, two tables, also on wheels, can be pushed together to create a larger table for dining with friends or separated to become two individual work spaces; with an original Paolo Rizzatto 265 wall lamp that can be adjusted as needed. Two sets of curtains, in front of the bedroom and kitchen, serve to provide privacy and hide clutter from guests, as well as assist directing air-conditioning throughout the home. The flexibility of the space has allowed its owners to grow into it, and left space for it to change as they do.

You are probably wondering how I grew my search traffic significantly.
Did Google make a major algorithm change? No. Did I build more links? No.
The only thing I did was adjust my URL structure. My URL structure used to be:
domain.com/month/day/year/post-title/
It’s now…
domain.com/blog/post-title/
That one change increased my search traffic by roughly 58%. The reason being is Google is now seeing my blog posts in relation to my domain and blog instead of a specific date.
The posts I write are evergreen, so there is no reason to have dates in my URL structure.
Now if you make this change, there are a few things you need to know:
1. You also have to update your internal links. You can’t just change your URL structure without changing your internal links.
2. You need to 301 redirect your old URLs to your new URLs.
3. You have to update all of these changes at once.
If you are building a site from scratch, don’t make the same mistake I made. Have clean URLs, and don’t have too many sub-folders.
That’s all you need to do to get a 58% increase in website traffic in 30-days.

Step #1: Log into your Search Console – in the search analytics reports you can see the most popular pages that are driving your search traffic.
When you click on a page you want to improve, Googe will show you a list of keywords that drive clicks and impressions to your site.
You can even download a CSV file that contains each of those keywords.
Step #2: Integrate those keywords into your web page – you can’t just shove keywords into your article, it has to flow. In most cases you will have to re-write your article or re-write your page, but it will be worth it.
With my site I typically make my articles double the length and I try to naturally include the keywords when I can.
Step #3: Include the keywords in your meta tags – by adding your main keywords within your title and meta description it will help increase your click through rate and rankings.
Step #4: Submit the page to Google – once you have updated your page, submit it to Google Search Console. Within a few weeks, you should notice an increase in search traffic.

Hey, everyone, I’m Neil Patel, and today, I’m going to share with you how to get more traffic to your blog post without writing more content or building more links.
0:30 Increase Traffic to Your Blog Tip #1:
The first thing that I have for you is you need to adjust your title tags. What you’ll notice when you log into Google Search Console, it’ll show your pages with the most amount of impressions and the least amount of clicks. Look for the posts that have less than a five percent click-through rate. Once you’ve figured out which posts have the less than five percent click-through rate, look for all the keywords, ’cause when you click on that link, it’ll show you Google Search Console what keywords you’re getting traffic for, and look for the keywords that you’re ranking decent position for, and add those keywords within your title tag and meta description.
By doing that one simple thing, what’s going to happen? More people are going to keep clicking, and clicking, and clicking on your listings because when they’re searching, your keyword is going to be in the title and meta description.
2:10 Increase Traffic to Your Blog Tip #2:
Another thing that you should end up doing, and this is the second tactic, is continually sharing your old blog posts over and over again. Once you write a blog post, especially if it’s evergreen, it’s not over. Why can’t you keep re-tweeting it out? Why can’t you end up putting in scheduling it out and buffer so that you’re continually getting shared? Not just a week from now or a month from now, but years from now.
Why can’t you take your old articles and re-share them on Facebook? I do that all the time, and I use Open Graph, that’s where you can change your meta descriptions just for social media, and you can do this in the Yoast SEO plugin, and by doing that, what ends up happening is, is I can keep changing the title of the post, still make it super relevant, and re-sharing it on Twitter and Facebook.
4:00 Increase Traffic to Your Blog Tip #3:
Now that you got those two tactics out of the way, I want to give you one last tactic that’s a really easy way to drive more traffic to your blog post. It’s content repurposing. You don’t have to write more blog posts, but you could end up taking that content and creating videos on that same type of material and releasing it on YouTube and Facebook.
You could end up creating podcast episodes on that same kind of content and release it to iTunes. By doing these little things and repurposing your content, it goes out extra miles, right? It ends up getting more views. You’re getting more juice out of every single article. Heck, we even take our same content and put the whole article on Linked In.
By doing that, yeah, people aren’t coming back to our site, but that content is generating more eyeballs, and people are like, oh, that’s written by Neil, this is awesome. He keeps giving more amazing information. And yeah, those people aren’t going to come back to your blog and leave a comment, but they will leave a comment on Linked In, and you could respond to them, interact with them, build that connection, and you can still generate business.
Follow those three simple things, and you’ll build more traffic to your blog posts without building any more links or writing more content. Google has over 200 factors that they use to determine a website’s rank.
One big factor is click through rate. Let’s say you Google the term “dog”. If Google notices that everyone clicks on the second listing, eventually they will move up the second listing to the first spot and the first listing to the second spot (they will flip them around).
Google is using user signals to figure out to where to rank a website. So if you want to increase your rankings, increase your click through rates.
The way you do this is by adjusting your title tag and meta description. By using adjectives within your title tag, you will notice you will get more clicks.
A few of the phrases that have helped me increase my click through rate are: get, try free.
If you want ideas on how to increase your clicks, Google the terms you want to rank for. Look at the paid ads. The way their paid ads algorithm works is that the ads that get the most clicks usually are at the top. So use similar title and descriptions to the paid ads.
To monitor your click through rate you can use Google Search Console and see how you are improving over time.

Tool #1: Ahrefs – Ahrefs will show you where your competitors are getting their search traffic from. It shows their most popular pages and the keywords that drive their Google traffic.
If you take those pages and write better content than your competition, you can eventually outrank them and take some of their traffic.
Tool #2: Buzzsumo – this tool is great to get you more social media traffic. Search for phrases in Buzzsumo related to your space. Buzzsumo will provide a list of all of the popular articles.
Create an article better than the ones on Buzzsumo and reach out to the people who are most likely to share it (Buzzsumo provides you with that list).
Tool #3: Google Search Console – You have errors on your site and you need to fix them. From 404 errors to issues Google has with your site, Google Search Console lists them all out.
Fix all of the errors.
Tool #4: SEMrush – Similar to Ahrefs, SEMrush shows where your competition is getting their traffic from. The difference is SEMrush showcases all of the paid keywords your competitors’ bid on.
You can then get a list from SEMrush of your competitions most lucrative paid keywords. From there you can start bidding on those phrases as well.
Tool #5: Ubersuggest – You probably already have some Google traffic. Ubersuggest will show you all of the long tail phrases related to the keywords you are already ranking for. Add those phrases onto your website and you will gobble up more search traffic.

How To get 4 Million Visits Per Month With One Simple Keyword Hack // Can you guess how many visits I’m getting a month? 4 million of those four million two million are unique. But you already know that. But what you don’t know is, I get the majority of that traffic from one simple hack that no one’s doing. And best of all it’s easy. You don’t even have to be an SEO to figure this out.

So, here’s a little secret, instead of trying to find new keyword opportunities to rank for, all I do is find whatever keywords already ranked for even if they’re small, and find other long tail variations of that same as that keyword, and generate more traffic by going after that term as well.
Here is what I mean:
If you already rank for the term dog food, and you’re getting a lot of traffic for it, Google will easily rank you for all the other long tail variations for dog food.
The reason being, is it’s harder to rank for the head term than it is to rank for the long tail variation.
And even if the majority of your traffic comes from a long tail term like how to become rich.
There’s still a lot of other long tail variations even of that word.
Such as, how to become rich on the internet.
How to become rich through social media.
So what I want you to do, Step 1.
Head over to Ubersuggest, type in your domain.
When you type in your domain, it’ll show you something called Top Pages.
These will show you all the pages that are driving your traffic, and the keywords that are driving your rankings.
The next step, I want you to take is now go login to Google Search Console.
Again, it’ll show you all the terms that you’re already ranking for.
After you do that, the next step that you need to take is head back over to Ubersuggest and type in those exact phrases that you ranked for.
Ubersuggest will show you Keywords Ideas report that shows you all the long tail variations of that term.
You’ll find that, if you rank for the head term, there’s a ton of other long tail terms that make up a lot of traffic.
Maybe not the same amount, but they may make up one-tenth of traffic, one-twentieth of traffic, even one-fifth of traffic.
But if you combine all of those terms eventually it’ll add up to a ton of traffic.
More than even the head term.
The next thing you need to do, take those terms.
Go back to the page that’s already ranking for the head term and adjust your content.
Include all those terms.
Re-write the content.
Make sure you’re providing value.
You’re going so above and beyond people like, “Oh, my God! This is the best page ever for dog food! It shows me how to feed my dog.
Shows me what kind of food to pick for them.
How to pick food if they’re gaining too much weight or they’re losing too much weight.
How to make them more fit and muscular.
It breaks everything down.”
So that way no one else needs to read any other article on dog food.
What you’ll find is, after you do that, within 30 days, you’ll notice that, that page will rank higher in Google for all the long tail variations.
Because once you rank for the main head term, it’s super easy to rank for all the long tail variations.
Because the head term is the hardest one to rank for.
Google naturally just pop you for all of the other ones within 30 days.
That’s the simple hack that I took to every single one of my pages on NeilPatel.com
Now, I have over 2,000 articles.
That’s right over 2,000 blog posts.
I’ve done on every single one.
That’s why I have over four million visits a month.
And that’s what you need to do to drastically grow your traffic.

Opportunity #1: Quora – Go to Quora and respond to all of the questions people are asking within your space. If you can plug in links that a relevant to the answer (such as ones from your website), you’ll notice that it’s a quick way to get a few thousand visitors per month.
Opportunity #2: Subreddits – Participate on Reddit. The more you get involved the more clout you will have on Reddit.
There is a section on Reddit for your industry. Submit content from your site as well as other sites on Reddit. This can drive tens and thousands of visitors assuming Reddit likes the content you are submitting.
Opportunity #3: Forums – A lot of popular forums exist on the web. Find forums within your industry and participate. Respond to questions people are asking.
Every time you answer a forum thread make sure you have a signature. Within the signature should be a link back to your website.
Opportunity #4: LinkedIn – You can publish your content on LinkedIn. Take your blog content, publish the first few paragraphs and add a “click to continue reading” link at the end. If people want to read the rest they can click through over to your blog.
This has helped me generate over 30,000 visitors a month from LinkedIn.
Opportunity #5: Niche blogs – Every industry has niche blogs. Not the TechCrunch’s of the world, but the small ones.
Participate on these blogs and leave comments. When leaving a comment you can add your URL and it will drive traffic back to your site.
Make sure the comments you are leaving are thoughtful.
Opportunity #6: StumbleUpon – It’s not the most popular social network but it can still drive you thousands of visitors.
You can buy clicks for pennies on the dollar through StumbleUpon Ads.
If you want free traffic all you have to do is use their toolbar.
Opportunity #7: Facebook groups – Similar to fan pages there are a lot of popular groups within your space. Help people within the groups and respond to their questions.
As you respond to questions, feel free and link to your site if it is relevant and will help others.
Use those 7 tactics and you will generate more traffic to your site.

Start off with at least four, and spread ’em throughout the day, and by doing that, you’ll continually get views, versus if you just did one story update per day. The second tip I have for you is leverage videos. In your stories, a lotta people just put photos. People want engaging content. Whether it’s videos or Boomerangs, people love the engagement. So by creating videos, what you’ll find is, you’ll get way more engagement. As you get more engagement, your stories are gonna start spreading, and more people gonna be viewing them. When you’re also creating stories, you wanna tag relevant accounts. This is the third tip for you. It’s simple, if you mention Nike, tag Nike. If you mention a friend, tag that friend. By tagging other people, you’ll get more views. There’s not much more to it. Make sure the tags are relevant, and don’t just include Nike and just be like: Oh, yeah, yeah, this what happened in my day. Blah, blah, blah, Nike. And then you move on and you tag Nike. That’s not gonna work. Don’t cheat the system. Make amazing stories that are relevant, and when you mention brands or friends, tag them when it’s related enough. The fourth strategy I have for you is to use hashtags. I know everyone’s saying that they’re played out, but they do work. The more hashtags you use, the more traffic you’re gonna get. But the key isn’t to just use any random hashtags. You wanna use ones that people search for. If you’re not sure what words people are searching for, go to Ubersuggest, type in keyword related to your space, and it’ll tell you other popular phrases that people are using. This data is taking search data. That’s what Ubersuggest does. I know it’s not Instagram, but it’s search data. It’s very similar. It’s people searching on Instagram for hashtags. What typically works for Google works for Instagram when it comes to hashtags and words that are popular. The fifth strategy I have for you is to ask a question or create a poll. You can do this, everyone does this. You can even have those sliders within your Instagram Stories that makes people slide a smiley face and see where most people are at. By asking a question or doing a poll or making the sliders, what you’ll find is you’ll get more engagement, which will help you get more views in the long run. And the last strategy I have for you is to use location-based tags, and here’s why: Have you noticed every once in a while Instagram will really push a story from someone? And it’s typically random. But this randomness is typically caused by when people are using location-based tag in which they’re gonna share something from Hollywood, California or Los Angeles-based, California, versus something that doesn’t have a location-based tag. So add a location-based tag to your stories. It’ll help you potentially get shared more from Instagram and get your stories pushed out, so you’re gonna get more views. Now if you’re leveraging all of these strategies, good for you. But if you’re not leveraging ’em, just leave a comment with: I’m not. I’m just curious to see how many of you are leveraging all of them out there. I’m telling you, if you use ’em, you’re going to get more engagement, views, and you’re gonna do way better on Instagram.

The first tip I have for you is don’t focus on quantity, focus on quality.
The second tip I have for you is respond to comments. When you get comments on your blog. You need to respond. Think of a blog as a communication channel. If a friend was talking to you and they ask you a question and you don’t respond that’ll be rude. That goes with your blog as well. If someone asks you a question you need to respond. Someone leaves a comment, should at least respond with thanks even if that comment doesn’t say much and if you’re not getting any comments, at the end of your blog post end it with a question mark.
The third tip I have for you is to encourage conversations. The way you do this is make blog posts conversational. You want to use the words you and I within your blog post. By using the words you and I, it makes your blog posts feel more like a conversation such as wouldn’t you love how to double your search engine traffic, I know I would. Everyone says search optimizations hard, but you know what, It’s not impossible and today I’m going to share with you how I doubled my search traffic and you can too. Now I’m just making that up. I didn’t read a blog post on that, I probably should. But you can see how that’s conversational. By creating a conversation you’re going to get more comments. You also find that when keep it blog posts between five and six lines, It makes it easier skim. And the easier it is to skim your content, the more comments and conversations you’re gonna create.
The fourth tip I have for you is your blog isn’t gonna just miraculously get visitors and then convert those into customers. Most people like my blog getting all this traffic but I’m getting no sales, no customers you know why? It’s because you’re not adding call to actions. It’s okay to promote your business, it’s okay to promote your services your product if you don’t, you won’t get sales so put call to actions in your sidebar. Look what I do on “neilpatel.com” If you read my blog, you’ll see call to actions that drive you to my services page or my homepage and it’s a great way to generate more leads and sales.
The fifth tip I have for you is to collect emails. Have you heard the saying the money’s in the list, it’s a very common thing in the digital marketing world. If you collect the emails, leave a comment with yes. If you don’t leave a comment below with no. Emails is one the most important things. You need to collect emails. If you have to take one thing away from this video. Go and collect emails. You can use a ton of free tools like “hellobar.com” to start collecting emails. Think of email collection as indeed. If you want a random person on the stream be like, will you marry me? Imagine me with a ring in my hand. And if you said that most people doesn’t matter, if you look like Brad Pitt, or Angelina Jolie, or Ronaldo, or any popular Kardashian, most people are going to say No. Why, because they don’t know you. But the moment you get to know people, they’re much more likely to say, yes. You date someone for a year or two and then you ask them to marry you, they probably say yes. If they don’t better get out of there. Now what you want to do is collect emails and using tools like hellobar, you can create like a lead magnet, where you’re showcasing something like offering a free Ebook, double your traffic in 30 days. That’s example of an Ebook that I can create. Doing simple things like that will capture you way more emails.

Step #1: 0:22
Your Instagram marketing strategy should begin with a good profile image. Ideally, something that looks professional. Instagram is a “visual” social network. So make sure your profile photo looks good.
And having a profile image isn’t enough. You need to have a thorough bio that includes your name, a description of what you do, and the main benefit people will get from following you (Ex: Top 10 marketer in the world by Forbes, I teach people how to grow their traffic).
Step #2: 1:00
Want to know how to get Likes on Instagram? Create amazing, beautiful images. No matter what kind of marketing gimmicks you run, it won’t work unless you focus on high-quality images. If you aren’t sure on what kind of images to upload, do a search for hashtags within your niche and you’ll see what has performed well in the past. Replicate that.
Step #3: 1:29
This is how to be Instafamous. You need to post on a consistent basis. Instead of posting once a week, post once to twice a day. This will cause fewer likes per photo, but it will grow your follower count faster. Consider testing the times 10 am and 6 pm as they tend to do well.
When posting, make sure you include a long description of the photo. This will cause your photo to be seen more when people use the search feature.
And make sure you include hashtags when posting each photo. Around 10 is a good start. Again this will help your photo be found when users do searches.
Step #4: 2:33
Here’s how to get more Instagram followers fast and how to get your first thousand followers.
Follow 30 people per hour. You can technically follow more but you don’t want to hit Instagram’s spam filters. When you follow people, make sure they are ones you are interested in and they are in your space.
This is how to get more Instagram followers fast and cause more comments. And when people leave a comment, engage and respond back because it will cause your followers to become loyal.
When you have a loyal following you can post images such as “tag a friend whom you would like to go to this destination with”… by doing this you’ll notice that this is how to get more Instagram followers without following others.

6 tablespoons soy sauce = 0.90

COOKING DIRECTIONS:
1. Crush cooked dried beans with masher, hands, or food processor.
2. Add oats and chopped onions.
3. Combine spices. Then add soy sauce and oil to spices.
4. Pour spice and soy sauce-oil mixture into bean mixture.
5. Combine well.
6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
7. Spray cookie sheets with non-stick spray.
8. Form 21 hamburger bun-sized patties and place 7 on each cookie sheet.
4. Bake patties for 23 to 25 minutes.
5. Eat or let cool to freeze.
FREEZING DIRECTIONS
1. Place 4 patties in each layer in zippered bags, in two layers per bag, with wax paper or paper bag layers between each patty layer.
REHEATING DIRECTIONS
1. Defrost patty and let come to room temperature if you do not want to reheat them. They do not have to be cooked again.
2. If you want to reheat them, microwave patty for 30-45 seconds, or steam patty in a steamer basket.
3. Use a spatula when turning patty or lifting them so they have support in case they are prone to crumbling.

Ingredients
2 cups quick oats
4 cups water
8 t lightly packed light brown sugar
Cinnamon as desired
1 large banana, quartered
8 slices bread
8 T creamy peanut butter
8 T grated carrot
8 T raisins (soak to plump up, if desired)
Directions
Cook oatmeal in water, adding brown sugar to pot. Top each of 4 bowls with a sliced quartered banana. Top with cinnamon. Toast bread. Top each slice with 1 T peanut butter, 1 T grated carrot, and 1 T raisins.
LUNCH (Serves 4)
Rice Salad
Ingredients
2 2/3 cups uncooked long-grain white rice
5 1/3 cups water
1 cup cooked pinto beans
1/2 cup chopped green beans
1/2 cup chopped or shredded carrot
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup shredded chicken (Just for texture. Can omit if you would like to make the chicken quantity with dinner more substantial.)
6 T oil
6 T vinegar
1 T Italian seasoning
1 t paprika
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
Directions:
Prepare rice in water to make 8 cups cooked rice. Drain and cool in cold water to prevent rice from getting sticky. Mix remaining ingredients in and serve cold.
DINNER 1 (Serves 4. Make twice during the week.)
Curried Chicken and Rice, Black Beans, and Raw Onion
3 1/3 cups uncooked long-grain white rice
6 1/2 cups water
4 t curry
2 t chicken flavor bullion
1/2 bag dried black beans, cooked, with thickened liquid saved, seasoned to taste
1 1/4 raw chicken breast, sliced in chunks
2.5 T oil to cook chicken
2 t curry
1/2 cup raw red onion (garnish)
Directions:
Cook rice, adding 4 t curry and bullion to cooking water. Saute chicken in oil. Toss 2 t curry in pan after chicken is cooked. Warm black beans. Chop onion. Arrange food as desired on dinner plates.
DINNER 2 (Serves 4 for 2 to 3 nights. Make twice during the week).
Chicken Tomato Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
28 cups water
1 raw chicken breast, diced
8 T any flavor bullion
1 T Italian seasoning
2 T paprika
1/2 t black pepper
1 28-ounce can diced or crushed tomatoes
1/2 16 ounce box small/medium pasta shapes, uncooked
1/2 16 ounce bag garbanzo beans, cooked
1/2 12-ounce frozen bag green beans, defrosted and chopped
1/2 16-ounce bag carrots, chopped
Directions
Fill a large soup pot with water and bring to a boil. Add diced chicken, bullion, herbs, and spices. Add remaining ingredients. Boil for 10 minutes. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.

So every time I release a blog post, I send out emails to my whole list, letting them know my blog post has just come out and how it can help them. This is overwhelming, stop emailing me. But now that I blog less, not only am I able to email my list, but they’re appreciative.

The second tip I have for you is to use Subscribers.com. Subscribers is a push notification software; it’s free, there are no premium plans, it’s just fully free. And what it does is when someone’s coming to your website from a browser, whether it’s Chrome, Safari, Firefox, it allows them to subscribe to your blog using browser notifications. Then whenever you release a blog post, using Subscribers, you can send them a message letting them all know that your blog post has come out, and through their browser, they’ll get a notification.

The next strategy I have for you is to use Buzzsumo. Using Buzzsumo, you can type in keywords related to your article, see what other relevant articles are out there that are similar, click the view shares button and you can see all the people that shared similar content. You can then email them; you have to do some Google searches to find their email.
5:18 How to Get More Traffic by Blogging LESS Tip #4
The last tip I have for you is to work on your headlines. Everyone thinks if you write the longest and the best blog post, you get the most traffic. And that is true; good content helps you get more traffic. But here’s an interesting stat for you. Eight out of 10 people will read your headline, but only two out of 10 people will click through and read the rest of your article. So if you spend time making amazing headlines, you’ll get more traffic.
If you want to get more traffic, don’t just spend more time blogging, spend more time on marketing than blogging. That doesn’t mean you can write mediocre content, that means the content you write has to be amazing. But you should spend even more time than whatever you did writing it, promoting the article.
