That’s a bunch of BS.
Today, I’m going to share with you how I built a six-figure business in 90 days using Facebook ads and how you can too.
Sign up for Facebook Ads then sign up for Webinar Jam.
Webinar jam is a webinar software that allows you educate and sell people online.
You see all these ads on YouTube and Facebook for people saying, ‘register for my webinar.’
Why do you think they’re doing them?
It’s because it’s an easy way to make money, and I hate to say it most of the people who are doing this, suck at everything other than selling on the webinar.
They don’t have that many skills.
Why don’t I do it anymore?
I don’t care for the money, but I’ll share with you how you can do it step by step, so the first thing, as I mentioned, sign up for Webinar Jam. Webinar Jam is a software that allows you to do a webinar and sell on there.
They also have this other software called EverWebinar, which you’ll also need, and it allows you to do a webinar once, but make it recorded so that way your webinar continuously seems like you’re holding a new one every 15 minutes.
So, people can sign up and then join your webinar.
Now that you’ve got your webinar up and running and going create a webinar.
The webinar can be on anything, how to create an Amazon business, how to do something that you’re good at. Something that other people want to learn. So with your webinar, the first part is educating.
The first 30 to 40 minutes of your webinar presentation should be educating. Showing tips, techniques, strategies that they haven’t seen before. And then after you did that you’re like, ‘Hey, did you like these techniques?’
Did you think they were amazing?
There are amazing techniques, but I have ones that are way better. Would you like to hear those?
Do I have your permission? And the reason you are asking their permission, is because you’re asking them, hey, can I sell you something in other words, right?
Then, on the webinar, sell it to them for a price. The price could be a thousand bucks.
Usually, you want to have somewhere between $500 and a thousand five hundred. But the price that you choose has to be discounted.
So, if you’re selling it for $500, the original price needs to be $2000, $3000, or whatever it may be.
With Webinar Jam, you can also put a countdown clock.
Right in their settings, they break down that you can put a timer. When you put a timer, it tells people that this offers only valid until the end of this webinar or the next week, or whatever you decide that you want to end up using.
And when you do that, people know time sensitive.
And when it’s time sensitive, they’re much more likely to buy instead of thinking if they want to buy. Now that you’ve got the webinar up and running, you want to drive traffic.
Through Webinar Jam, you can just throw up a landing page, get people to opt-in.
You want to keep it simple. Maybe have an image of you.
Tell people what they are going to expect on the webinar, and then an opt-in.
And then when there’s opt-in, you can use Twilio, people will get a text reminder, and they’ll start joining. And then as they join and they show up to the webinar, you’ll start getting sales.
And when you are having your webinar timing so when they can sign up and listen to it, make sure you have a webinar that starts every 15 minutes. Remember, it’s recorded, you don’t have to be in the webinar every 15 minutes.
Instead, other people can just join whenever they want, that means that when you’re sleeping, you could be making money.
How to Make Money With Facebook Ads – The Numbers
And you give you a rough idea; I was selling a thousand dollar product. For every hundred webinar registrations, I would get 3.6 sales, and roughly 20% would refund.
I would still make well over $2000, and for those hundred webinar registrations in general, I would be paying six bucks per webinar registration. So, that means I’m spending $600 to make more than $2000, right, I don’t know what the exact math works out to, but I think it’s around like $2500, or $2800, after refunds or even three grand, whatever it may be.
But the point I’m trying to say is, the math works out well. Facebook advertising can be extremely lucrative if you have the right Facebook marketing strategy.

So how do you get rankings?
Through experimentation.
But even if you experiment, it doesn’t guarantee success because of the three unseen laws of SEO.
Most people think SEO is about building the backlinks, doing these on-page SEO tactics, and all the advice that I’m telling you and other experts are telling you.
But the issue is, if you’re not leveraging the other things that people aren’t talking about that Google is really focusing on, especially in the future, you’re not going to do well.
And the first one is brand queries.
Eric Schmidt once said a quote and he was talking about brands are the solution. That’s how you separate the good companies from the bad companies. And I’m butchering his quote because I haven’t memorized it.
If you built a brand you’re going to be better off. You’re hearing about fake new all over the web. It’s not just a problem with Facebook. It’s a problem with Google and every social site out there as well. So they wanna focus on the good quality content. The good sites that aren’t pushing out this junk that’s duping people.
If you use Google Trends and you type in your brand name versus any of the other competitors, you’ll see how popular your brand is. In essence, Google is giving you the free tool that’ll show you if your brand is going up and to the right, is flat, or is going down.
When I wasn’t getting too many brand queries, I had the hardest time ranking for the query ‘online marketing’. Without building any extra links, without changing any of my content, the moment my brand queries started increasing, I shot up to the top of page one for the term online marketing.
The second unseen law of SEO I have for you is user experience.
If you’re user experience sucks, people go to your site, they bounce back because they don’t find what they’re looking for. You’re not going to rank well in the long run. Google’s using what they call user metrics. Time on site, dwell time, are people hitting the back button right when they come to your site. Is it a lot of pages views per visitor?
If users aren’t happy with the experience on your website, you’re not going to do well.
So don’t just think about SEO’s, optimize your site, building links, writing amazing content. You also need a good product and a good service. Having a good product and service helps with the user experience.
People like Dropbox and Slack, companies like that, have done well not because of their SEO first. Even Airbnb, not because of their SEO first. They’ve all done well because they’ve tried to create the best user experience for people.
The third unseen law of SEO is, SEO’s going to adapt and as long as you adapt with it you’re going to be fine but most people aren’t.
I talk about things like voice search. According to Comscore, in 2020, half the searches will be voice search. But yet, no one really cares to read about that or talk about it because voice search isn’t that appealing to people.
Google Home is connected to your whole home, even your microwave, your oven. As you’re cooking on your oven, you can end up saying, “Hey Google, what are some recipes for pasta?” I’m making it up, I don’t cook but you get the point.
That’ll end up pulling from search results.
If you don’t adapt with technology and where the world is going, you’re going to be left behind and you’re not going to rank well in the long run. So as long as you follow those three rules, you’ll do well.
But the moment you don’t, no matter how much SEO you do, you won’t rank at the top and if you do, it’ll only be temporarily.

0:15 This one’s from Radoslav, and he wanted to basically, ask you does email marketing still work? He finds that it is hard with Google filters to make it to the inbox and people are just not even really checking their emails, so he’s not even convinced that he should use email marketing with his agency.
0:30 First off, anytime a business operates, they need email. Yes, there’s Slack, there’s Skype, there are many other communication channels, but businesses still revolve around email, and if businesses still use it, you can bet that if you get an email in their inbox and they read it, you can generate sales.
1:00 For that reason, emails aren’t going away. Gmail ads are growing in revenue, more and more people every single quarter are leveraging Gmail ads just because they know emails are powerful. So the first part of your question is, are emails valuable, yes. I know that’s not directly what you answered, but the second part, which I’ll get to is, do they still work, yes, because people still read emails.
1:50 GDPR has come out, and with GDPR, and I love it you have to put a little tick box saying, yes I authorize you to send me weekly emails. So that way they know what they’re getting into and you’ll find that that increases your open rates because the people who click that tick box want your emails.
2:15 The second thing that most people don’t tell you with email marketing is, you need to scrub your list. If you have 100,000 email list, and that’s usually the threshold, once you hit 100,000 you’re going to notice that your email open rates just start tanking and it’s because people don’t clean their lists often enough, I clean my list monthly. And some email providers do this like ConvertKit does this I don’t think MailChimp does this, but I think MailChimp wants you to keep paying out money for the inactive emails.
2:45 The whole purpose of cleaning the emails are for the people who aren’t opening your emails and engaging, you just stop sending them emails. And by doing that yes your email list shrinks, but what you’ll find is, the people you send the emails to the engagement goes up, and Gmail and Outlook look at engagement more than anyone else and it’s a really high priority, for if they’re going to put the email in the inbox and if you’re only sending emails to majority of the people open it and you start having 20-30% open rates, you’ll notice that your emails go into the inbox versus the Promotion tabs.
4:00 Don’t use email templates, use text-based emails and add in links. You also don’t wanna add more than three links to your site; I try only to do one. If you add in too many, you’re going to notice that you also won’t see amazing deliverability.
4:15 Make sure you whitelist your emails. So go to AOL, they whitelist, you can use services like Return Path. Outlook and Gmail don’t do whitelist services. But if you follow these tips, you’ll be good to go. And you’ll get in the inbox.
4:30 Make sure you test creative subject lines like ones that your friends would send, lower case, things like hey did you see this, right? Of course, it needs to be relevant to your business or the offer you’re producing, if you dupe people they’re going to get upset, I’m giving you an extreme case so you can try to have the creative juices start flowing and come up with really good ideas. But it’s not that hard to get in the inbox.
5:50 Scrub your list, don’t put too many links, don’t add images and videos, and only send to people who want them.

Most people say you need to build links. Most people say you need to do on page SEO.
But where do you start?
Hey everyone, I’m Neil Patel, and today I’m going to share seven free tools that will help you rank number one on Google.
Tip #1: Quick Sprout Analyzer.
Quick Sprout’s a free tool, go to quicksprout.com, put in your URL, it’s a gamified SEO application, and it’ll break down the problems, and will walk you through how to fix them step by step.
If you’re not putting in the right keywords in your title tag or your description or your alt image tags, Quick Sprout will tell you, and Quick Sprout can publish them all for you. This will help with SEO optimization and google ranking.
#2: Yoast SEO plugin.
It’s one of my favorite tools.
With the Yoast SEO plugin, every time you publish a blog post, it’ll give you a score and tell you, hey, here’s how you can optimize every single one of your blog posts to get the maximum amount of traffic.
#3: Google Search Console.
With Google Search Console every time you publish a new blog post or a page, you have an XML site map.
The XML site map is created by the Yoast Plugin which you then submit to Search Console.
Search Console shows you how many impressions you’re getting, how many clicks you’re getting, which pages are popular, and it even shows you which keywords are getting a lot of impressions for, but not a lot of clicks.
You can then go and optimize your content by adding those keywords in, adjusting your title tag, your meta description to include those keywords, and maximize your click-through rate and boost your google ranking.
#4: Google Trends.
Google Trends shows you brand queries. That way you’ll know which brands are more popular and what people are searching for.
Take the car industry for example. There’s General Motors, and BMW.
They both have millions of dollars to spend on SEO. They both have millions of back links.
How does Google know which to rank higher?
One of the factors within Google is brand queries and Google Trends will show you that BMW is searched far more than General Motors.
So what’s Google going to do? They’re going to rank the more popular car manufacturer ahead of the other.
#5: websiteresponsivetest.com
More people are using Google on their mobile or tablet devices than they are on their desktop or laptops.
You want to make sure your website is responsive, and people on mobile devices can load your website extremely fast, and using this free tool, it’ll show you how other websites and mobile visitors are seeing your website.
#6: Screaming Frog.
Screaming Frog is a super technical SEO optimization tool.
You put in a URL, and it shows you every little thing that’s wrong, from titles to headings to keywords to links.
It analyzes every little thing from the super advanced technical framework.
#7: Google PageSpeed Insights.
Google PageSpeed Insights shows how fast your website loads and if it loads slow, that’s okay.
They break down a list that shows what you need to improve both for desktop devices and mobile devices, so that way your website can load extremely fast.
Make sure your website loads extremely fast.
Check out those tools, they work really well, and will help you rank #1 in google.

Have you ever read blogs like mine, neilpatel.com, or Backlinko and be like, “Wow, “these guys write amazing awesome content! “Why can’t I create content like that?”
You know all those naysayers out there saying you can’t do it?
I don’t care if you have terrible grammar and spelling like me, you can do it.
If I can, everyone can.
Hey everyone, I’m Neil Patel, and today I’m going to share with you what makes an excellent blog post.
So, here are some of the things that you need to know if you want to write amazing and awesome blog posts.
The first thing that makes a great one is a conversational tone.
If you’re writing with the words “you” and “I,” you’re creating a conversation with the reader.
They’ll feel a connection with you, they’re more likely to engage, and your content’s going to come out way better.
The second thing you need to know, it’s all about the headline. Eight out of 10 people will read your headline, but only two out of 10 will click through and read the rest.
If your headline sucks, no one’s going to read your content, and then, even if you wrote amazing posts, no one’s going to know about it.
So, how do you know if your content, more so your headline, is amazing, or is going to be amazing?
You go to Buzzsumo, you type in keywords from your space, and you’ll see what’s popular.
That’ll give you ideas of what works and what doesn’t. You can go to Reddit, you can go to Twitter, you can go to those sites and see what’s working in your space, but Buzzsumo aggregates all the main social networks, and they do all the work for you.
The third thing is a blog post that’s educational, one that teaches, goes above and beyond where someone reads it and is like, “Hmm, I know now what to do. “This post laid it all for me step by step.”
That’s amazing content. But if you read something, if I said, “Here are ten ways to double your traffic,” and you read it, and you’re just like, “Oh, how do I grow my traffic? “These concepts seem cool, but I’m lost. “What do I do?”
That would suck, and you don’t want that.
You want something that educates and is actual, where people read it, and they’re like, “Oh my God, Neil has amazing information, “and I am satisfied after I read it, “and I know what to do next.”
The fourth tip I have for you is written content that is trendy, up-to-date.
People don’t want to read regurgitated information.
Sure, you don’t have to leverage the latest trend, but write new stuff.
Don’t write stuff that’s ten years old.
That may have been amazing ten years from now, but people have moved on, technology, the time has changed.
Make sure your content is up-to-date.
The fifth tip I have for you is leverage different media formats, from images to infographics, to podcasts, to videos.
Not everyone is text-based readers. Your blog posts don’t just have to be filled with text.
Include images or infographics that tell your story. Include videos that help get your message across. Include audio clips. By doing all of this, it’ll make your content more amazing.
And the last tip I have for you has cited your sources.
You don’t know everything, I don’t know everything, and that’s okay.
We’re all here to learn more. I could learn a lot, and I don’t want ever to be the person who’s the smartest person in the room. I want to be the person who’s the dumbest one in the room.
That way, I can learn more. So, when you’re writing your content, and you’re researching, and you’re trying to prove your points and back up your claims, make sure you link to other people who have already done the research and cited this information.
So that way, when you cite them, and you give them credit, it helps make you more reputable, and it shows people that you did your homework.
It’s okay if you don’t know everything. Use Google to research all the stuff that you don’t know, so that way you can make your blog posts way more thorough.
Once you follow all those tips, your content will be way more amazing.

I rank high on page 1 for the term “online marketing”. Why? Because I link to that page throughout my whole site.
The way you can achieve similar results is by taking the pages that have your best content and linking to them from other pages within your site. In other words, build more internal links to your key pages.
You can do this by linking to your most important pages within your sidebar or footer. The key is to make sure the links are visible. If you hide them it can potentially hurt you.
There are two rules you need to follow if you want to boost your rankings through internal links:
1. Add links within your content (make sure the links are relevant to your content)
2. Link to your most important pages
It’s that simple…
Now just because you add more internal links it doesn’t mean your rankings are going to shoot right up. It can take 4 to 6 months to kick in.
For me, it took me over a year to rank for the term “online marketing”.

Primitive Hair Tie and Wild Food Foraging at the Hut
Ancient cultures had different ways to manage their hair. From cutting to shaving, from simple ties to highly decorative adornments, each culture did something to keep growing hair under control. Long unkept hair gets in the eyes and impairs vision making normal tasks difficult and often dangerous, so now that my hair has reached a certain length I am able to secure it by tying it with strong yucca cordage I made. It creates a whole new look and makes tasks like foraging for edible plants a lot easier and pleasant.

How to Open MySQL Database With MS Access
Follow this easy step by step tutorial to learn how to open MySQL database in Microsoft Access, through an ODBC connection.

It can be needed in many situations to link our MySQL database to any other database, spreadsheets or reporting tool. This tutorial will focus on one of the same scenario in which we will learn to open MySQL database.
Step 1- Control Panel
To link MySQL with Access, first of all, we would have to make an ODBC connection. For this purpose, open up control panel and click on the System and Security option
Step 2-Administrative Tools
After that, move to the Administrative Tools option.
Step 3-ODBC Connection Option
Click on the ODBC data source option.
Step 4- Making System DSN
ODBC data source admin window will open up. Over here, move to the DSN tab and click on the Add button.
Step 5- Driver for MySQL
Now scroll down the list, choose MySQL ODBC driver and click on the Finish button.
Step 6- Configuring ODBC Connector
A configuration window will open up.
Give a name to the data source, type “local host” in the server field, specify “root” as a user, because it is a default user in all MySQL instances, and write the name of the desired database in the database field.
Finally, click on the Test button.
Step 7- Connection TEST
A message will pop up confirming that the connection is successful. This means that now we would be able to link MySQL with Access.
Step 8- Microsoft Access
Now, open up Microsoft access, click on the Blank database option and let’s create a new database.
Step 9- External Data
After that, move to the “External Data” tab and click on the More option. With that done, a drop down menu will appear on the screen. From the menu, choose the ODBC database option.
Step 10- Linked Table
Within the new window, choose the “Link to data source” option and hit Enter.
Step 11- Machine Data Sources
A window will open up where we will be required to choose the data source connection. Over here, move over to the Machine Data Source tab, choose the same DSN which was created earlier and hit Enter.
Step 12- Selecting tables
After that, it will show us all the tables which our database contains. We can choose any table individually or select all of them.
For this tutorial, we will select all the tables in the database.
Step 13-Database Imported to Access
After that, all of the database tables would appear in Microsoft Access
And that is how to open Mysql database from Access.
