AFGHANI MALAI KOFTA
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 25-30 minutes
Serve 2-4

Ingredients
For Mawa Kofta
100 gms Mawa, मावा
200 gms Paneer, पनीर
1 medium Potato (boiled & grated) आलू
A pinch of green cardamom powder, हरी इलायची का पाउडर
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
½ inch Ginger (peeled & grated) अदरक
1 no. Garlic cloves, grated, लहसुन
¼ tsp Black peppercorns, crushed, कुटी काली मिर्च
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता
2 no. Green chillies (less spicy & chopped) हरी मिर्च
5-6 no. Raisins, chopped, किशमिश
2-4 no. Almond, chopped, बादाम
2 tbsp Refined flour, मैदा
1 tbsp Cornstarch, कॉर्नस्टार्च

For Paste
¼ cup fresh Mint leaves, पुदीना पत्ता
1 cup fresh Coriander leaves, धनिया पत्ता
9-10 no. Cashew Nuts, काजू
2 no. Green chillies, less spicy, हरी मिर्च
1 tbsp Oil, तेल
½ tsp Coriander powder, धनिया पाउडर
½ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर
2 no. Cloves, लॉन्ग
1 no. Black cardamom seeds, बड़ी इलायची के दाने
1-2 no. Fenugreek seeds, मेथी दाना
4-5 no. Garlic cloves, लहसुन
2 inch Ginger (peeled & roughly sliced) अदरक
2 tbsp Curd, beaten, दही
2 medium Onion, cut into half, प्याज
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 ½ cup Curd, beaten, दही

For Gravy
1 tbsp Ghee, घी
1 inch Cinnamon stick, दालचीनी
1 no. Bay leaf, तेजपत्ता
½ tsp Caraway seeds, शाही जीरा
Prepared Paste, तैयार किया हुआ पेस्ट
1 cup Water, पानी
1 no. Green chili, slit into half, हरी मिर्च

For Stuffing
1 no. Apricot, chopped, खुबानी
1 no. Almonds, बादाम
2 no. Fox nut, मखाने

Other Ingredients
Oil for frying, तेल तलने के लिए
Refined flour, for dusting, मैदा

For Garnish
Chili oil, मिर्च का तेल
Fresh cream, ताजा क्रीम
Black peppercorns, crushed, कुटी काली मिर्च
Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता

Process
For Mawa Kofta
In a parat, add mawa, paneer and mix it well until mushy with the help of hands.
Add boiled potato, green cardamom powder, salt to taste, ginger, garlic, black peppercorn, coriander leaves, green chillies, raisins, almonds and knead it in a soft dough.
Keep it aside to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Take the mixture, stuff it with apricot and make lemon balls or give any desired shape.
Dust it with refined flour and cornstarch.
In a kadai, heat oil, drop the kofta and fry until golden brown in color on medium flame.
Transfer it to an absorbent sheet and keep it aside for further use.

For Paste
In a bowl, add fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves, cashew nuts, green chillies, oil, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cloves, black cardamom seeds, curd, onion and mix it together.
Transfer it to a grinder jar and grind it into a smooth paste.
Add curd and mix it well.
keep it aside for further use.

For Gravy
In a kadai or a sauce pot, add oil, once it’s hot, add cinnamon stick, bay leaf, caraway seeds and let it splutter.
Add prepared paste and saute it for 7-8 minutes or until cooked well.
Add water, let it cook for a minute and finish the gravy with green chillies.
Transfer it to a serving dish and place fried koftas.
Garnish it with chili oil, fresh cream, crushed black peppercorn and coriander sprig.
Serve hot with roti.

ASMR zero waste stinging nettles #shorts #asmr #nettle

When I was a kid my grandma used to make stinging nettles risotto or gnocchi but you can pick and use them for so many other things, at any time of the year. The seeds are known for the energetic properties and I can’t wait to pick some.

NETTLE LEAVES PESTO ????????

* One colander full of freshly picked nettles
* 1/2 x cup pine nuts
* 1 x cup of vegan hard cheese grated
* 2-3 x raw cloves of garlic
* 150 ml of olive oil
* 10 ml of lemon juice (optional just to keep the colour bright)
* 1/2 teaspoon of salt
* 1/2 teaspoon of pepper

???? PREPARATION

-blanch the nettle leaves for 2 minutes
-place in cold water with ice
-strain and press with your hands to remove as much water as possible
-combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth
-store in an airtight jar in the fridge

NETTLE ROOT TINCTURE????????

* nettle roots
* 100 vodka

???? PREPARATION

-soak the roots in water depending on how much dirt they have and wash them properly with a small brush
-let dry for 3-4 hours on a towel or dehydrate with a dehydrator or sunlight
-chop in small pieces of 1cm each
-fill half of a jar with roots and the rest with vodka
-shake every day
-keep in a dark place
-will be ready in about a month

NETTLE STEM STRINGS????

-remove roots and leaves
-flat out the remaining stick
-open it in half and remove the woody part
-you’re left out with the fibres
-pull them apart usually they should be 4 but even if they are more or they get broken and are shorter that will work out anyway
-now you can twist all of them together and create a thicker string or leave them as is
-they are good to use fresh or you can hang them on a rail to let dry

I Turned Store-bought DONUTS into EPIC CAKE DESSERTS for National Donut Day! | How to Cake It

This week, we are celebrating one of my biggest obsessions: DONUTS! I’m making 3 different donut cakies including some of my favorite flavors; chocolate, coffee, cakefetti and cinnamon spice! You are gonna learn how to level up simple desserts with easy tips and tricks, and make them not only taste great, but also look EPIC!

MY ULTIMATE VANILLA CAKE 3 WAYS!
INGREDIENTS:
???? 3 3/4 cups all purpose flour
???? 3 3/4 tsp baking powder
???? 3/4 tsp table salt
???? 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, room temperature
???? 3 cups white granulated sugar
???? 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
???? 6 large eggs, room temperature
???? 1 1/2 cups whole milk, room temperature

ADD-INS:
???? 1/4 cup rainbow nonpareils
???? 1/4 cup cinnamon spice mixture (2 Tbsp sugar + 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon + pinch of nutmeg)
???? 2 Tbsp espresso powder

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line the bottom of each cake pan with parchment paper.
2. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into a medium bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the butter, sugar and vanilla on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 8 minutes.
3. Add the eggs, two at a time, beating until each addition is incorporated before adding the next. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula when necessary.
4. Add the flour mixture in four parts, alternating with the milk in three parts, beating just until each addition is incorporated before adding the next; do not overmix.
5. Divide the batter into three separate bowls (about 1 1/2 pounds of batter per bowl). Use a rubber spatula to incorporate any add-ins. Scrape the batter into the prepared pans and spread it so that it is smooth in the pans.
6. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45 minutes for the 8-inch pans, rotating the pan(s) halfway through.
7. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely in the pan(s). Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Loosen the edges with a straight spatula, invert the pan(s) to remove the cake, and peel off the parchment.

Ingredients:
Prepare Filling:
-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee 1 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup
-Olper’s Milk powder 1 & ½ Cup
-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee 1 tbs
-Sooji (Semolina) 4 tbs
-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee 1 tbs
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) ¼ Cup
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Kishmish (Raisins) 2-3 tbs
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Sugar powdered ½ Cup
Prepare Dough:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee ½ Cup
-Water ¾ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
-Sheera (Sugar syrup) warm as required
-Dry nuts chopped
-Chandi warq (Silver edible leaf)

Directions:
Prepare Filling:
-In a frying pan,add desi ghee & let it melt.
-Add water,milk powder,mix well & cook on low flame until dough is formed (4-5 minutes) & take out in a bowl.
-In the same frying pan,add desi ghee & let it melt.
-Add semolina & dry roast on low flame for 4-5 minutes & take out in the same bowl.
-In the same frying pan,add desi ghee & let it melt.
-Add desiccated coconut,pistachios,almonds,mix well & dry roast on low flame for 2 minutes.
-Add raisins,cardamom powder,mix well & dry roast for 2-3 minutes & take out in the same bowl then mix until well combined.
-Let it cool completely.
-Add sugar,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt & mix well.
-Add desi ghee & mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.
-Knead dough until smooth then divide into two half,take one part & make a ball then roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Cut 4-inch round circles with the help of cookie cutter.

-Sugar powdered ½ Cup

-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp

-Water ¾ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
-Sheera (Sugar syrup) warm as required
-Dry nuts chopped
-Chandi warq (Silver edible leaf)

-Pani aur milk powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per dough form ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes) & bowl mein nikal lein.

-Sooji dal dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya dry roast ker lein & us he bowl mein nikal lein.
-Us he frying pan mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Khopra,pista aur badam dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2 minutes kliya dry roast ker lein.
-Kishmish aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya dry roast ler lein & us he bowl mein nikal lein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Cheenoi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Dough:
-Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Desi ghee dal dein aur crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein phir do hisson mein divide ker lein,ek part lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Cookie cutter ki madad sa 4-inch round circles cut ker lein.
-Round dough per tayyar filling (1 tbs) dal ker edges per pani laga lein aur dough ko flip ker ka D shape bana lein,fork ki madad sa press ker ka seal karein aur wooden skewer ki madad sa design bana lein (makes 40-42).

15g (0.5oz) – Ginger Paste
1 Tbsp (20g) – Brown Sugar
Big Pinch Of White Pepper

Vegetables –

1 Tbsp (20ml) – Peanut Oil
2 – Heads Broccoli, Cut Into Florets & Stems Trimmed
350g (12.3oz) – Green Beans, Ends Trimmed
2 – Carrots, Thinly Sliced
2 tsp (10ml) – Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp (5g) – Sesame Seeds
Seasoning To Taste

Garnish –

1 – Spring Onion (Scallion), Thinly Sliced
Sesame Seeds

Rice is Optional

250g (8.8oz) – Jasmine Rice
450ml (450g) – Cold Water
4 – Kaffir Lime Leaves
Salt To Taste

Notes –

If you’d like the salmon cooked longer, cook it for 4 minutes on each side over medium high heat. On the final flip, reduce the heat to medium to prevent burning as the glaze can easily char.

Rice is optional. I decided to not use it in this recipe and i find its not needed in this recipe.

Pro Bike Mechanic takes the blindfold challenge – brake bleed, suspension service, and more

We challenged Pat from Squatch Bikes to do a series of mountain bike repairs blindfolded. The only help we provided was clamping the bicycle into the repair stand and handing him, tools, and bottles of fluids. He actually found most of the tools himself.

Pat, having worked on thousands of bicycles in the same shop for years, would need to rely on his experience and muscle memory to locate tools, identify issues, and check over his work.

Each repair was a step up in difficulty. How many can get get right?

Every day I get so many emails and comments asking why you can’t locate the music I use or find it using Shazam. I purchase music licenses for almost all the music you hear in my videos. I buy them them from various royalty-free production music sites and most of the time they don’t list the performer because it’s music made only for film productions with an audio watermark throughout the entire track, unless you purchase the single-use license for $50-100 per track. I use a lot of opera so often I’ll reference the opera but I won’t be able to direct you to a recording of that specific performance that you could stream or buy on iTunes or Spotify. Hope that clears things up and thank you for appreciating quality music.

Most of them cobble together a series of pseudo-scientific testing parameters and torture tests that seem important but actually do very little to tell you how the clamps will perform over the course of years in your shop.
