Recette de gâteau délicieuse et simple. Gâteau très léger et rapide. le gâteau le plus simple et le plus rapide, une gâteau facile à faire tous les jours. Un gâteau facile et rapide que tout le monde peut faire une recette gâteau à la porte de tout le monde avec des produits simples, un gâteau au thé ou un dessert simple.

Les ingrédients :
2 œufs
100g de sucre (1/2 tasse)
80ml d’huile(1/3 tasse)
Zeste d’un citron
125g de yaourt selon votre goût (1/2 tasse)
220g de farine tout usage (2 tasses)
3/4 cuillère à soupe de levure chimique (poudre à pâte)11g
moule de 27cm
Cuire 30-35 minutes à 180C

Ich habe etwas Molke gesalzen und den Käse darin belassen, den Rest in eine Flasche gegossen und zum Trinken in den Kühlschrank gestellt, denn wir alle wissen, wie gut Molke ist. Käse zu kochen war ein Vergnügen, denn es gibt nichts Schöneres, als etwas mit eigenen Händen zu formen. Dies sind die Zutaten, die Sie benötigen, um Ihren hausgemachten Käse herzustellen.

Rezept und Zubereitung:

2 Liter Milch.
Zum Kochen bringen.
1 Teelöffel Salz.
4 Esslöffel Essig.
3-4 Minuten kochen.
Die Milch sollte wie meine geronnen sein.
Gaze in 4 Schichten.
Gleichmäßig legen.
Legen Sie die Ladung darauf und lassen Sie sie 10-12 Stunden an einem kühlen Ort.
Es ist ein sehr leckerer Käse geworden.

วิถีกลางป่าของชาวไทยภูเขาเผ่ากะเหรี่ยง ที่อาศัยอยู่กลางป่า ห่างจาก อ. อุ้มผาง จ.ตาก ประมาณ113 กิโลเมตร “กรูโบ” หมู่บ้านที่ใช้ชีวิตกันกลางป่าพร้อมทั้งยังคงวิถีดั้งเดิมเอาไว้ ชาวบ้านที่นี่มีชีวิตในวิถีที่เป็นธรรมชาติ อาชีพที่มีนั้นเป็นไปเพื่อให้ตนมีกิน ไม่ได้เกี่ยวกับการเพิ่มพูนรายได้ เช่น การทำข้าวไร่ การหาปลาในลำธาร การปลูกพริก การตำข้าวด้วย “ครกกระเดื่องพลังน้ำ” เรียกว่าการกินอยู่นั้น อาศัยธรรมชาติเป็นหลัก ไม่ต้องไปซื้อหาที่ไหน ประกอบกับการอยู่ห่างไกลผู้คน ความเจริญต่าง ๆ ทำให้ชาวบ้านที่นี่ใช้หลักพึ่งพาตนเองและพึ่งพากันเองเป็นหลัก

การลงแขกที่ปัจจุบันนี้มีน้อยลง ก็สามารถที่จะพบเจอได้ในหลากหลายกิจกรรมของชาวบ้านที่นี่ ทั้งในกิจกรรมที่เป็นส่วนตัวและส่วนรวม เช่น การลงแขก“นวดข้าวด้วยควาย” เป็นวิถีที่มีมายาวนานของหมู่บ้านกรูโบ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากหากไม่ช่วยเหลือกันก็จะไม่มีใครมาช่วย คนที่นี่บางคนยังไม่เคยมีโอกาสออกจากป่ามาในเมือง ไม่ใช่เพราะความห่างไกลหรือเดินทางลำบากอย่างเดียว เพียงแต่เพราะความสุขที่เขามีกลางป่าแห่งนี้ ไม่ได้ทำให้เขาต้องเลือกแสงสีจากสิ่งที่เรียกว่าไฟฟ้า มากกว่าเสียงนก เสียงหิ่งห้อยกลางป่าที่เขามี
